Definitely worth the $200CAD! Room had 2 beds, coffee, TV, fridge and a very spacious bathroom! (With conditioner!!!)

FREE BREAKFAST! Finally! A place that actually includes that in your price! There was a full spread, sausage and eggs, toast conveyor section, pancake maker, cereals, coffee, and fruit juice dispenser! Coming from a long trip from Alberta, i Definitely filled up on my 3 servings. Everything was delicious!

The pool is decent, the hot tub is delightful! It massaged out the kinks in my neck. Love the slide!!! (I can confirm if you are 6'4" or shorter, you will fit!) Pool had a bit of a bug problem, but i had fun regardless.

Cleaning staff are pleasant and very helpful!

Elevator can be slow but that's not really a big deal.

Unacceptable Conditions and Poor Customer Service – Not Worth the Price

We arrived an hour early to check in, so housekeeping was still preparing the room. We went out and returned a short while later as directed and were given Room 107. After bringing in all our luggage, we quickly realized this room was directly beside the guest laundry room. The walls were so thin that we could clearly hear the washer and dryer running—constantly and loudly.

The moment we stepped inside, we were hit with a strong smell of mildew, likely due to the room's proximity to the laundry facilities. The odor was overwhelming. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable:

Stains all over the carpet

Dead bugs on the walls

Red bacterial buildup around the bathtub drain and sink

Plugged bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain

Broken electrical outlets in the bathroom

A desk chair that was falling apart

Dirty beds

For $200 CAD per night which was my fee, this was beyond disappointing—it wouldn’t have been acceptable even at $50. The room was filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly had not been inspected for basic cleanliness or safety.

I immediately returned to the front desk and informed the staff that this room was not suitable. The employee quickly offered us another room—Room 420 on the fourth floor—which oddly had been "unavailable" during check-in. While this room was a slight improvement, it still had significant issues:

The fridge did not close properly and was not maintaining safe temperatures (well above the required 4°C)

The carpet had not been vacuumed

The beds were dirty

We made it through the night and checked out as early as possible the next morning.

What was especially disappointing was the lack of concern or follow-up from the front desk staff. When I mentioned that Room 107 was unacceptable, they didn’t ask why or acknowledge the issues at all—suggesting this may be a recurring complaint they’re used to brushing off.

This property is clearly not focused on guest experience or basic hospitality standards. I will not be recommending this hotel or chain to anyone. Serious improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and how customer feedback is handled.

*FAKE reviews, Fake and Employee accounts are obvious and a cowardly way to fudge reviews 🙂

We have stayed here twice and it was because of its location and price! Yes the furniture is tired and the carpets are due a deep deep cleaning but the staff are excellent and it is not a 5-star hotel. The beds are clean and comfortable, the bathroom always clean, 24 hour coffee in lobby and extended hours for hot tub and pool. We ordered food in and the restaurant forgot plates and cutlery
the front desk person instantly got plates, cutlery and even condiments from the breakfast area. I did my usual air conditioner filter check and they were spotless.
The breakfast has hot and cold items and the area was very very clean, and the coffee is great. I grab a cup from the lobby every-time I come and go.
Will I stay again next time through in October
of course I will
PRICE/LOCATION and consistency!

Easy to find location, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and the best breakfast!

Liked · Since our first hotel sadly did not work out, Days Inn made it extremely easy for us to check in late night and accommodate us on the 'two rooms side by side' request. The staff was super friendly and professional, and the lobby was spotless and looked really cool. It gave off great vibes!. Fresh lemon water was available on the lobby.
The rooms themselves were very clean and stocked up. Plenty of storage for our belongings and bed sheets were perfect, they looked and felt like they came right out of the dryer. The air conditioner worked like a charm and was quiet while operational. It was so refreshing to see shampoo and conditioner in pump bottles on the walls in the bathtub instead of those tiny tubes.
By far the best breakfast of our trip! Cheese and veggie cheese omelettes, sausages, great tasting coffee, fresh various types of bread with a automatic toaster nearby and a pancake maker that works! Apple and orange juice was also available. Very organized layout made it easy to get your breakfast together and was allowed to bring it up to your room.
It was great to hit the pool and the jacuzzi after a long drive to relieve the muscles. We’re totally hooked on this hotel and it’s our top pick when we return! We wish we had taken pictures to remember how great this hotel is.

Disliked · The pool was a little on the small side. The waterslide is great but essentially everything becomes a splash zone and it was hard to avoid when you just want to hang back and relax.
It was sad to see their main sign was hit and knocked over on the ground. Our first impression was 'Uh oh, is this place going to be a disaster?' This location should repair the sign as soon as possible because this hotel was amazing to stay at.
It didn't have a great view from our window, but since we only stayed the night it wasn't a big deal and was only opened in the morning to let in natural light. The drawers and desk did show some wear, but functionally they were fine.

The room rate was very reasonable. Everything from the parking lot to our room was very clean and welcoming. We did not use the pool or fitness room during our night stay. The breakfast has hot and cold food options, with a great variety. This is our second stay here, and we would certainly stay again in the future.

You get what you pay for. We were in room 107, the carpets were old and stained, there was food still left in the mini fridge, beds were clean and toilet was clean. There was an ac unit outside our window that turned on every 5 mins, making it hard to sleep as it sounded like a dying cat in an old washing machine. The kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub was so hot you could boil and egg. It is in desperate need of an update, but it’s quite and off the highway. The breakfast was hot and clean. The staff were nice and polite. You get what you pay for.

BUYER BEWARE! This hotel is not even worth one star. You will be met with regret when you find out your room is substandard and not meeting the health regulations. After the trip you have subpar service instead of a place to sleep that’s clean and comfortable. If anyone paid $200 for this and believed their experience was exceptional they didn’t scroll down to see the reviews with photos of bedbugs and red mold.
