Nice hotel for those who want to manage their wallet and prepare simple homemade dishes so as to keep you away from junk foods. It appears service staff do not work overnight, but the front desk is 24 hours. The heater didn't come on, and the front desk promised to get back but did not. However, we figured it out from the wall switch. In all , we are glad and have no complaints from family members, so it's a great place to stay for a family of 5. Appreciate the simple concept.

We had to stay in a hotel for a few nights while we moved, it was the greatest experience with everything being so accessible. We have animals so got a pet friendly room and it was large and clean and didn’t smell like previous animals. The breakfast was amazing and accommodated to all dietary needs, including gluten allergies. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Since we moved within Sherwood Park, I will likely never need to stay here again, but I will definitely try out other Days Inns in my travels. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

I stayed here with my sister-in-law for a little "staycation" one weekend this summer. It's a nice Days Inn & Suites; typical for what you can usually expect from the chain. The breakfast was nice, with plenty of options and a bright, spacious dining area. They have a few gluten-free options available to guests, and that's a nice touch. The staff was friendly and prompt to provide service. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were exactly as described online. Our room was large and included a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The price was very reasonable for what the hotel offered.

Stayed here for 1 night, and have stayed here previously. Consistently clean well-kept rooms with just the friendliest staff! Svetlana was at the front for check-in and she was so nice and very helpful! Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Bed was super comfortable as were the pillows! Breakfast room was clean and bright with some unique food options such as mini-quiches (very yummy!), as well as several gluten-free options. A great price and well-situated in Sherwood Park close to all amenities. I love that they support the local food bank, never seen any other hotel do that! 👍🏻

Rooms are nice and big no carpet. Specifically ask (as I do all Wyndham hotels..so maybe a Wyndham issue vs this hotel) upon booking for no feathers (allergies) sure enough.. feather pillows. No response texting front desk, too late to go down and phone in room not working. So zero service, room is scorching hot where we had to unplug heater/AC unit, but can't ask for service unless we want to change out of pj's and go to front desk.
Otherwise rooms are totally suitable. Just be forewarned about service and lack of choices of restaurants unless you're up to drive. Quiet. And spacious. Room is great minus bedding and thermostat.
Please negate my grammatical errors. Tired and no glasses on in text below. Which appeared after I posted review. As I type she tells me she only showed up at 11pm and has been busy checking in guests.

The front staff was kind, compassionate, patient and accommodating with my family's needs. We are so grateful for the care shown to us. The breakfast was also very tasty! Note for people with sensitivity to chemical cleaners: this location is able to clean your room with vinegar instead of cleaners. Note for people with sound sensitivities: you can request a room on the non-Lakeland Dr side of the hotel.

Check in was a breeze as we arrived as a group of over 50 persons. All paperwork was prepped ahead of our arrival. Rooms were spacious with a kitchenette. Rooms and property was clean at all time. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and lots of drink options. We will be back!!
