Super propre très beau. Restaurant dans l'hôtel et Starbuck a l'hôtel . Très belle salle de gym . Il accepte les animaux . Désavantage pas de piscine et pas de fridgdaire dans les chambres. Et dans la chambre le détecteur de fumé au desus de nous avait une petite lumière qui clignotais au 10 secondes. Un peu tannant .

Spent a week at this hotel, and it was a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. I had a partial view of the waterfront, which was a nice addition. The location made for some pleasant evenings walking along the waterfront. Restaurant was good - breakfast in particular. Service (hotel and restaurant) was very good. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

The full lake view suites are fantastic. Clean and new hotel. The bar/restaurant in the lobby is great and the location is very cool. I was really happy with my stay here. The staff provided great service my only complaint was that they don’t have anyone to help with your bags, you’re kind of on your own to get your luggage from your vehicle into your room. For the price they charge they could employ a bellhop for this purpose. Really close to the casino and cool bars and restaurants.

Customer service really stood out as far as staff’s professionalism and helpfulness. Their patience was impressive as they were trying their best to accommodate us. As a higher tier Marriott Bonvoy members, we had an access to the pantry, which was very comfortable, had a nice coffee / latte machine & was well stocked with snacks. We had dinner & breakfast at their restaurant & food was really good & waitstaff were professional for the most part. My mushroom cheese burger was accurately customized, cooked to order & delicious. Eggs Benedict & continental breakfast was delicious as well. Our room was a typical standard king with partial lake view. It was clean, comfortable & everything was in perfect order. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t have a hot tub or a pool, but positives prevail and we would definitely stay there again if happened to be in the area in the future.

Nice hotel. Great views from the hotel. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Pillows were to soft but the bed was comfortable. Very quiet considering it's location to the bay, trains and road. We didn't hear any traffic of any kind in our room. Definitely would recommend

Magha on check-in was exceptional and made our welcome feel authentic and very professional. Sabre At the desk made a true effort to make sure we were safe in getting over to the casino by a route that would not put us in contact with pan handlers near the train yard. As a Titanium member of Marriott I am very conscious of service quality, this hotel has it! Thanks guys

Very Disrespectful Treatment in the Parking Lot

I had a very disappointing experience at the Delta Hotel recently. A few friends and I, who are all car enthusiasts, were peacefully standing in the parking lot with our cars off, simply chatting and catching up. No one was being loud, disrespectful, or engaging in any illegal behavior—we were just talking quietly among ourselves.

Out of nowhere, someone from the hotel came outside and started aggressively yelling at us to leave immediately. He was screaming, threatening to call the police, and demanding we vacate the lot right then and there. There was absolutely no need for that level of hostility. We were respectful and calm, and we would have gladly left if approached in a reasonable and professional manner.

This kind of treatment was uncalled for and extremely disappointing. It left a really bad impression, and I will not be returning to this location. If this is how guests or even potential guests are treated, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
