Nelson was an amazing host and guide! We went out not knowing what to expect but had an awesome time out on the lake with Desert Salmon Charters. Nelson not only knew where to bring us to get the most bites, but taught us tons about the history of the lake and best fishing practices while we were with him. We got to experience a movie ending finish to our trip when the last two rods being reeled in for the day both had a fish attached to them and one rod breaking while fighting with our Rainbow Trout! We returned with 3 Kokanee Salmon and 1 Rainbow Trout which we cooked into an amazing dinner that evening.

I would HIGHLY recommend booking Desert Salmon Charters if you are looking for an all around great time and an amazing chance at catching some of the lakes most sought after fish.

The best charter fishing company in the Okanagan! Had an unreal time with Nelson and it was non stop action! Can’t wait to go out again on enjoy Okanagan Lake! We targeted Kokanee Salmon and Rainbow Trout! The views were unbelievable and we got to see the sail boats cruising by as well! You won’t be disappointed going out with this company!!!
