(West C) Been arriving at my stop at the same time every day for the last year with no issues. Suddenly the drivers have decided to start their route nearly 5 minutes earlier than usual without giving any prior notifications causing me to miss the bus and be late for work multiple times now.
Also can someone explain to me why the bus in the morning shows up at 6:45 (use to be 6:55) and the nightshift bus now showed up a 6:57?
If your gonna show up at the wrong time at least be consistent about it.
Standing in -20 for almost 20 minutes because I don't know if tbe bus is going to be really early or really late!!!

You might as well drive to work in the winter or risk being froze to death. Even in -30 weather they don't turn the heat on. Constant freezing air blowing at you from the top and bottom. You won't be able to feel your feet by the time you reach your destination. But the driver is bundled up as if he's working outside. (Because he basically is)

You guys seriously need to work on your scheduling. Third time in a row now that the C-3 west to Suncor is running late. If the bus is scheduled to show up at 6:47 a.m, why is it by late 20 mins? How do you expect people to stand in the freezing cold for that long with no warm place close by? Workers need to report your incompetence to appropriate the people. Unacceptable!

Diversified drivers for Suncor and Syncrude sites do not enforce established etiquette policy; busses are full of people blabbing loudly on the phone as if they were sitting in their own home. Low class bus line!

Busses are not bad, but what good are they when they don't stop to pick you up. See someone at a bus stop ? Slow down and pick them up. Is that so hard ? Maybe Diversified ought to pay their drivers a little more, so they'd actually care. And while you're at it, pay someone to answer the damn phone as well.

I was waiting for a bus 15 minutes before it was supposed to arrive and it never arrived 30 minutes later. I couldn’t get a hold of them over the phone so I ran late to work. They really need to fix their phones and make sure the bus driver knows the route.

I only gave it a one because there's no option to rate it any lower. My coworker and I were left on site and had to get our own transportation home all because the driver is rude and doesn't know his route. I've called in and made complaints about this and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding any of this.
