We used Doggy Hotel & Spa when we initially moved to PR while we were waiting for possession of our house. Our ferry was hours overdue and they were extremely accommodating. Our small breed loved her stay and got treated like a princess and it seemed like everytime we would drive through downtown (multiple times a day), she would be out on a walk. Would highly recommend!

I recently left my dog at this doggie hotel for the weekend, and I'm thrilled with how well they took care of her. The staff were attentive, the facility was clean, and my dog seemed happy and relaxed when I picked her up. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable pet care!

I've had SUCH a positive experience with the team at Doggy Hotel & Spa. Yesterday my little Frenchie, Charlotte was groomed and she came out looking amazing! Charlotte can be difficult to groom, especially when it comes to clipping her nails, but they said she did amazing, and it showed because her nails were nice and short. i dealt with Rachel personally and I'm beyond happy with Doggy Hotel & Spa and plan to keep coming back! Keep up the amazing service.

Rachel is super sweet and very knowledgeable! You can tell she really cares so there’s peace of mind in knowing your dog is in good hands 🥰

OMG
this is the best service in Prince Rupert ever.
We are from Edmonton AB and wanted to take a grizzly bear sightseeing tour but we are traveling with our small Yorkie and she was not allowed on the boat. After asking around we found out about the doggie hotel and spa the owner Andrea was so helpful and reassuring that we were comfortable with leaving our dog in her care.She even has after hours care.
we would use her business the doggie hotel and spa again and definitely recommend her to everyone
