Myself and 16 other friends recently rented a limo and driver for my birthday for a wine tour. Our drivers name was Jason and he was so accommodating especially when we were running an hour behind. He gave his best opinion when I was unsure where to start with the tour and our day turned out as best as can be. Thanks to Dorchester Limos and Jason for giving such great service! We will definitely be contacting again for future services.

We booked Dorchester Limo for our wedding two weeks ago and we were pleased with their services! Our driver, John, was very friendly, arrived on time, and ensured we got to our destinations in a timely manner. Our only complaint is that the 18 person limo we rented was uncomfortably hot inside where the air conditioning wasn’t working too well. Despite that, we all had a great experience!

Great service! Easy connecting with them via email for their bus availability and pricing. There was a bit of a hiccup with the bus we booked for our wedding but they were very accommodating and quick to help fix the situation. Thank you to the drivers for us getting us to our destination safely and the buses were very clean 🙂

Thank you so much to Richard our limo driver ! We used this service for my birthday to attend a concert in Toronto from London! Richard was outstanding! Traffic was horrible and Richard did not worry he detoured and we arrived on time and very safe… he even dressed up for our event! After the event Richard sent us a text where to meet him he was so professional and fun!!We will definitely use this service again!! Thank you Dorchester limo for making my birthday special

We booked dorchester limo to accommodate 16 people for 3 hours, back in January for our wedding. On our wedding day, the limo bus did not show up to the first pick up spot for the groom and groomsmen. We had to then quickly use our photographer and videographers cars to get 8 men to their first photo location to stay on schedule. There was no information provided from the limo company when contacted other than they had no idea what happened. Over an hour passed and we had no update on how they were going to fix the situation. Myself then as the bride and my 7 bridesmaids had to also pile into other small cars to get to our first look photo location, I loved shoving my beautiful wedding dress in a small car. We called repeatedly to the company and they said that the assigned driver was not going to make it and they had no other driver that they could send for us. We called back again and they claimed that they called us and spoke to someone about the situation, yet none of us had any missed calls or had been contacted. It was then communicated that the driver John who was supposed to be there would be on his way “shortly”. The company was not apologetic and simply stated that he was one of their best and most professional drivers. We had to continue around the city in multiple small cars for over an hour to stay on our photo schedule. Our driver then showed up and we got max 45 minutes and were still charged inappropriately for what we were given. John also did not congratulate us and was not dressed appropriately for a limo company that was driving around a wedding party. I would never want another bride and groom to feel this on their wedding day and would not recommend this company. For owning such a large limo company, they did nothing to fix the situation. This sadly added a lot of stress on our family to try to find another solution for my husband and I, taking away from our experience with our wedding party on the biggest day of our life. Please do yourself a favour and do not book with this company to avoid disappointment.

Just ordered a 9 person limo for Prom. The driver Steve was excellent. He was great with the kids and they all had fun. They only get 2 stars because I ordered a white limo, and a black one arrived. Their customer service department stated that they didn't see my choice in our communications and that they weren't willing to give any kind of refund. I did not get what I ordered due to their error. A better service would have refunded some of the money for an error on their part.

We had the pleasure of renting a 25 person party bus for our wedding this past May. From first reaching out to them to inquire about pricing to booking and the day of, Dorchester Limo was easy to communicate with. Our driver was great! On time and easy going! The wedding party had a blast!
