La propreté de ma chambre est très acceptable. Le service fut parfait à la réception merci a Hardeep et au restaurant. La serveuse du restaurant du prénom de Janet étais une des plus gentille et serviable(j'étais seul dans le restaurant donc j'avais toute son attention). J'ai pris la pizza et la seule chose que je peut dire est que la pâte étais juste pas assez cuite mais délicieuse.

The cleanliness of my room is very acceptable. The service at the front desk thanks to Hardeep was perfect also in the restaurant. The lovely waitress named Janet was very nice and there for my needs(I was alone in the restaurant so I had all her attention). I had the pizza which was great but the dough could have been a little more cooked.

I stayed here for two nights and three days. It was an excellent stay overall. The staff were amazing. The room was awesome and if I ever had any questions they would answer immediately! The area is also very nice, felt safe & comfy!

Let me start off by saying check in was easy and fast.

The room is nice except for the bathroom. The shower needs to be updated, dirty sink, things falling apart. The beds are comfortable.

The service is terrible. We were a family of 4. They only had two bath towels for us, we had to message them to get more twice.

The chat option on the app is terrible. Staff take forever to reply.

The pool is freezing because clearly they don’t want to waste money on heating it up. It never had any towels. When I asked for towels they told me “ I am so sorry but we have added them twice already but i will ask them to refill it again. -Hardeep”
It’s also a safety hazard. There are flat tiles and tons of water! It is so slippery! It’s not sloped properly so the water on one side doesn’t drain.

Very impressed with the restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner. Very friendly people. We had a server named Marg, we couldn't have asked for a better waitress. She was so friendly helpful and efficient. The food was excellent.

The front desk staff and the cleaners are very friendly as well.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable, king size beds and pillows. Full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash is a nice touch. Mini fridge is hidden behind cupboard door. TV is very difficult to navigate with no instructions.

Lovely welcome at the reception desk. Very comfortable (enormous) bed. Staff very kind. I was only staying one night and unfortunately didn't get to use all the facilities. Thankyou for a nice experience

Vegetable stir fry is excellent. Vegetables were done to perfection and sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and slightly tangy. I do recommend that if you add chicken that you request that it be gently grilled to avoid burnt and dry chicken results. Marg, in the restaurant, was exceptionally friendly and provided great service.

* Zero accountability response while deflecting, as expected. What a joke! * Stayed with a large group for a wedding and it was non stop issues with the staff at this hotel. If you're looking for a hotel that offers sub-par service, zero accountability and laughable "customer service" skills then this the the right hotel for you! Now let's cue up the hotels "copy+paste" response that means literally nothing other than a KPI for the staff member who has to use the keyboard. If I were the franchise owner of this location I would be absolutely embarrassed. As the saying goes.. You get what you pay for...
