This bus station is a comfortable and safe place to wait, featuring two large screens displaying bus timings and routes. The area is kept clean by regular floor cleaning, and two security guards are always on duty to ensure safety and prevent any issues. Smoking is prohibited to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone. For safety reasons, waiting is limited to 2-3 hours. Overall, it’s a warm, well-maintained, and secure space for bus travelers.

The transit terminal is an essential hub for the city, providing vital transportation services for residents and visitors alike. Its central location and connectivity make it a cornerstone of the local transit system.

However, I have noticed that there are often individuals struggling with addiction around the terminal. While this reflects broader societal challenges rather than the terminal itself, I recommend being mindful of your surroundings when visiting.

Additionally, it would be beneficial if more buses could be added to the schedule to reduce waiting times. This improvement would enhance the overall efficiency and convenience for passengers.

The terminal remains a crucial part of Sudbury, and with continued efforts, it can become an even more welcoming and safe environment for everyone.

Drivers are all great but one things to suggest management is to keep the bus clean in and out. It’s all dirty and dusty throughout the years.

Been waiting for the 104 bus at Erington Avenue, the bus was supposed to be here at 5:06. It says delayed for 20 minutes!! The same thing happened yesterday! It's just frustrating when you plan your shifts according to the bus schedule and then this happens. I can understand if it's a once-in-a-while thing but this isn’t.

Unfortunately, I can't give less than 1. No reason to charge 100 for a pass when the busses are a laughable quality. Barely show up once an hour during peek hours, No late/overnight busses and are the security guards even trained?

Hour long rides to nowhere. At least you can have an open container of alcohol and walk on the bus.

This system will always get one star from me. Only 2 drivers I'd give 5 stars though. And I never did get those $200 Sony earbuds back, and I was the very last person they dropped off before it went to the garage to park for the night. Pfft is all I gotta say. And some of these drivers are getting worse, I'm indigenous and student and have been for going on my 3rd year at Laurentian University. This bus driver asks me for my card and said it was flagged by the machine. I said "What!" I said to him, "You're a new driver, and I've never seen you drive this bus before, why all the questions?" He was an Indian driver, he didn't ask for anybody else's card that didn't go through the machine. What ta heck Do I look homeless? No! Am I Aboriginal? YES!! And that's why!! I said "Don't tell me the machine flagged it, my card is perfectly valid!" "Don't discriminate!" I said I've taken this bus way longer than you, you're new! I know this system better than you! I said "Tell your supervisor to get these damn machines fixed, cuz they don't work all the time!! Cuz I tried to put a bill in this morning and it didn't work.. SHEEES!! Dumb!! And my suing process is is moving forward, Yes!!!!! I suffer today because of that damn driver!!!

Please repair the women's bathroom and keep the door closed. Broken locks and missing toilet paper with people just casually looking in makes for a horrifying experience.
Edit: Bathrooms have since been locked completely. State of maintenance is a toss up.

Update: Remaining one star for the abusive young man wearing the bylaw officer shirt who scolded an old woman who just wanted to use the bathroom and then Put his Hand up at me and said, rudely, I'm Not Talking To You when I just tried to clarify that the old woman was asking for the bathroom. Wholly unprofessional, threatening behaviour like this shouldn't be anywhere near the elderly!
