The friendly team will welcome you with a smile! 😁 I discovered this practice approximately 6 years ago and I am glad to make the 2 hr drive down from New Brunswick to get the best dental care in the maritimes. I had been looking for a way for many years to remove my 3 remaining almagam fillings for health reasons and found Dr. Ryan's practice with a quick Google search. The rest is history my new porcelain crowns feel great and have helped me continue my overall health journey. Hard to detox when you have mercury leaching off old almagam fillings. I highly recommend this holistic approach to dentistry to family and friends looking to have better options to support their dental and overall health. Dr. Thomas is the most thorough dentist I have seen. The exam was very detailed with images of each tooth and all of it put it in my file. I chose him to remove a metal filling and and old root canal as I believe they are not healthy and he is one of the very few dentists in the area that provide holistic dentistry. They made a retainer the same day as the tooth removal to hold space while the bone heals that I am happy with, it looks like I still have a tooth. Also I am very not good with getting needles and Dr. Thomas took time doing that so that it wasn't so bad. Looking forward to getting my ceramic implant in a few months and redoing my other very old fillings. I am confident recommending Dr. Thomas and his lovely employees.

I was new to the province and was nervous about finding a dentist that could replace what my family and I had in our previous city.
Dr. Ryan offers a level and type of care that is very difficult to find. Nova Scotia does not have many dentists that offer a holistic approach when it comes to dentistry. I was absolutely ecstatic when I found his practice. Total health dentistry is such a valuable service that my family and I are grateful for.
My initial appointment was thorough yet, to the point. He offered me the BEST treatment options, but I felt no pressure in the chair.
The team is small and extremely professional. His assistant Shallen is so warm and most definitely makes you feel at ease in the chair regardless of the procedure. Their hygienist Laura was detailed with her cleaning and very easy to connect with. Their administrative coordinator Sharon was very friendly and helpful with billing and appointments.
An hour drive for this type of long term dental care is worth my time as I know Dr. Ryan has my best interests when it comes to my oral health.
I highly recommend their office if you are seeking something beyond general dental care. This place is a great investment for your health.

I greatly appreciate his holistic approach, the policy of one patient at a time, and his commitment to utilizing the latest dental technology.
Among all the intriguing equipment, I was particularly fascinated by his use of a laser drill, which is a testament to his dedication to incorporating cutting-edge technology in his practice.

His staff is also the most kind and competent I have ever encountered. They all perform their duties exceptionally well, and we always feel like family when we are there.
