If I could give Helen 100 stars, I would! From the moment I asked her to help plan a tropical vacation for my husband and I, she was a rockstar! We told her what we were looking for in a resort and she helped us find the perfect location. She was so patient with my numerous questions through email, answering them quickly with incredible knowledge and ease. She made the entire process so simple for us and I can’t imagine not using her for future trip planning. She checked in during our stay and we felt we were in the best hands if something were to go wrong, knowing she would guide us through it. Thank you for everything!

Helen has booked multiple all-inclusive trips for us. She takes our wishes and turns them into our relaxing trips. She listens to what we want and finds us what we asked for and even suggest what she feels might be better. She always sends all info and even ensures we have all the visa info. She is in constant contact and is there if things go astray (thankfully that has yet to happen).

Thanks to Helen, my adult grandaughter and I recently had the most amazing experience in Italy, a dream trip. She had booked us an 8 day cruise of Italy which was amazing, but it was the extras Helen organised for us that made the trip spectacular.
The driver she had arranged to pick us up at the airport was on time and throughout the journey to our hotel he told us what we were seeing and a bit of the history of Rome. The hotel was just what we had requested - had lots of character and our room over looked the Trevi Fountain. Took our breath away when we looked out of the window.
The highlight of the whole trip was the ETuk 3 hour private tour of Rome in the evening. Frederico was our guide and he blew us away with his knowledge .He even changed the route he was going to take when he found out we were visiting the Vatican the next day so as not to duplicate the visit.
The Skip The Line tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St Peters was so informative and being a small group we were able to fully interact with the guide. We saw the long line-up to get in as we walked right in. We would not have had time to do this tour had Helen not suggested we pre-arrange it. Again, the private transfer from the hotel to the ship was on time, and a friendly driver.
The Trip Plan Helen sent to us prior to leaving left us feeling that nothing could go wrong and we didn't have to remember all of the small details - they were all there in writing.
Whilst on our cruise we spoke with people who had spent the days prior to the cruise in Rome and they admitted they spent 2 days looking at things and really had no idea what they were looking at. Thanks to Helen's suggestions we knew exactly what we were looking at and enjoyed the trip even more. She is always my go-to travel agent and I can't wait to see where she suggests I go next.

I would highly recommend Dream Trips and Adventures! We were a diverse group of 6 people ranging in age from 11 years to 73 years of age looking to experience a trip of a lifetime to Africa! Helen delivered 100%!!! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the trip, from excursions in Nairobi, to safaris in various locations throughout Kenya, to beach time in Zanzibar. Wow!!! Acommodations were top notch, transfers were seamless, food was good and plentiful and our guide was nothing more than superb! Helen was super helpful from the very beginning right through to the end of our adventure and was always available to answer questions and calm nerves {mine} as our trip grew closer.
I would not hesitate to book with Dream Trips and Adventures as customer care, attention to detail and actually dealing with someone who listens is second to none! Our next adventure awaits!!! Having the ease of knowing every detail for the planning of our trip to Bali (flights, visas to organize and hotels) was organized and handled by our travel agent made the world of difference. It was worth the additional cost to have this part organized. Dawn & Helen also put me in contact with a local guide who planned our itinerary for the 2 weeks which was a huge bonus - and made the trip absolutely memorable. Highly recommend using them.
