Over the long weekend my sister arranged for our family of 20 people (of all ages) to go to the mountains so we could have a carefree experiences all together. It blew my expectations.
This company knows customer service. The bus showed up on time, the driver Harry was so professional and so kind. He made us feel well taken care of and safe. He even stayed later than he was suppose to and we never felt rushed! Everyone in our crew said this was the best experience and some were even planning their next adventure with this company. I hardly write reviews but this company deserved to be recognized:)

So pleased that we chose Driversseat for our group excursion. Over 4 days Harry and Kishor were our drivers. They took wonderful care of us as professional drivers and tour guides. Best yet they were patient with the group as sometimes we did not stay within the itinerary! Thank you Harry, Kishor and the whole team at Driverseat.

It was our last minute booking with such a huge crowd (22 people) and it worked out very well. We booked the trip day before our trip. Manny who was helping to book our trip was very nice and clam to book the trip. She even offered us if they can help us to book any additional trip, which saved us almost CAD1500.00. They were sending us constantly updates with driver's current update. Driver (Atmul) was very nice, polite and professional. She called us in the morning to confirm the trip, pick up location and confirm if we need any booster seats for any kids.
Through out the trip Atmul was very nice and patient with such a huge group.
I would highly recommend this company to use again.

We can’t say enough good things about Harry & Driverseat!! Harry took us into Banff & surprised us with a trip to Moraine Lake! I was trying to find the most romantic way to propose and he 100% nailed it!!! Harry was not just our driver, he’s now our friend & we are incredibly grateful for him!!!

We were with our driver Harry on our tours of the Calgary/Banff area and we somehow met up with the Buddhist Master Thích Pháp Hòa twice in two different places! Wonderful experiences in Canada with the beautiful views and we’re lucky enough to coincidentally meet this Buddhist Master twice!

It’s a great day! He brought us to a lot of beautiful places in Banff. He is very friendly like daddy. I recommend to this tour if you come to Banff. すごい楽しかったです！送り迎えもしてくれるし、詳しく観光地について話してくれたり、フレンドリーに接してくれたり、まじでお父さんみたいな人でした！笑。自分は誕生日だったのですが、サプライズでケーキを用意してくれてて嬉し過ぎて感無量でした！バンフに来るなら他の観光バスでツワーするよりちょっと多く出してこのツアーに参加した方が100最高の思い出ができます！

Even though we booked the day before, we had a really good time and were poo-pooed all day long, starting early in the morning on the day of the event. They were very friendly and even celebrated my friend's birthday with me, which I really enjoyed. I will never forget this experience.
