Had a fantastic experience working with Driverseat for staff shuttles. Unfortunately we had to change scheduling and locations multiple times throughout the week (sorry!) but they always managed to make it work for us. They took care of everyone from start to finish including arranging airport shuttle for our return flights last minute, and everyone was very professional and friendly! So grateful to have a service like this in a town like Sault Ste Marie where even a taxi is sometimes hard to arrange. Would highly recommend. Lots of love from the ICA team!!

I had the opportunity to take drivers seat from the airport to the hotel and a return trip from the hotel to the airport. It was an a really good experience - the drivers arrived on time, were safe and very friendly and customer orientated. Thank you to Stephen and his team of drivers. Stephen is wonderful—timely, great driver, and wonderful to chat with! I was also impressed by the confirmation you get once you book (much more high tech than any other cab company I have worked with!) and him promptly sending along an email receipt. Will use him for any future trips to the area!

My son won tickets for a box at the Greyhound game. We had a power outage that Sunday afternoon and I couldn’t get my vehicle out of my garage. I called Steve very very last minute and within 10 mins he had arranged transportation to and from the game for 8 boys! Seamless! Beyond impressive and extremely kind, understanding and accommodating! I can’t express my gratitude enough and will absolutely be using his services in the future! Thank you so much, Steve!

Absolutely a great trustworthy people and service!!!!

We are new to Soo and was here for a vacation. On 31st all our scheduled flights got cancelled and we needed an alternate way to reach US. Since it was a Sunday and New year Eve, No one was able to provide a solution and literally we were stuck. But just a random call to Stephen(Owner of Drivers Seat) fixed all our problems. He provided us with an immediate quote and responded back perfectly and fixed us a ride all the way to Detroit DTW airport!!

He came on time and drove back us safely!! He was so kind and our ride was pretty smooth!!!We loved his commitment towards the work on a new year day which eventually saved us!!!
