We called from Vancouver on our way home and they were able to accommodate us at short notice to pick us up at Pearson. The vehicle was immaculate with absolutely no scent which was very important to us. The vehicle was able to accommodate a large amount of luggage. The driver was on time, helpful, courteous and chatted to us on the way home. We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a ride to and from the airport.

Jorge arrived right on time, helped us with out numerous heavy bags, made sure we were comfortably and safely seated in the vehicle and drove us to the airport arriving right on time. There was no muss or fuss ever and he was a really good conversationalist. We thoroughly enjoyed our travel experience to Pearson International Airport with Jorge. We have used Driverseat services in the past, will definitely use it in the future and will recommend this excellent service to our friends and neighbours wherever or whenever driving services are needed. I recently used Drive Seat's taxi service for an airport drop-off for my family, booking was easy, and communication was seamless. My family and I have been using car services for airport transportation for well over 15 years within the KW region and I have to say that the services provided by Driverseat Waterloo (specifically Tom & Ralph) exceeded all expectations and previous experiences! Not only was Tom accommodating, resourceful and helpful with setting up the ride, Ralph was also extremely patient, kind and understanding during the actual transportation from our home to Pearson. I cannot recommend their services enough! We are so grateful for the excellent service, professionalism and understanding shown during this whole process. Next time we're in KW, we'll be calling Driverseat Waterloo for our transportation needs!
