An absolute scam and totally unprofessional and unethical business. to my better judgment, paid the deposit required in the hope that I would be contacted the following day.

Not only did nobody respond to contact me back, but when I requested a refund for the EFT I paid, it took ages to hear from anyone and when I did, all they could do is insult my actions and only offer to refund my duly permitted refund, they are reluctant to refund me, and have still refused to refund the money paid.

Wonderful 2 hour cruise with loads of interesting tidbits about the area. We had a visitor from the UK with us who especially enjoyed it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. You can see they enjoy their jobs which is refreshing to see. Only negative would be the pasta but the salad was great! We were not there for a gourmet meal as we went to enjoy a St.Clair river cruise and were more than rewarded!

Was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Organized a cruise for our company with 100 people. We had 3 hrs with beautiful views of sunsets. 5pm we set sail and 8pm return, just the right amount of time. Will do again next year.

Poor customer service and very unprofessional behaviour.

Booked the Duc for a private party 8 months prior to the event based on available dates given to me by Linda.

A month prior to the event I reached out with a few questions. She responded that she didn’t have me booked on the date she had previously confirmed. She had me booked for the day before. She had another party booked on the date that we had previously confirmed. I couldn’t believe it- invitations had been sent out, hotel rooms and flights had been booked. Absolutely sickening.

I had to scramble to find a venue for 140 people on a weekend in the summer. I did, thankfully, to the graciousness of the caterer that I had booked for the cruise. And the outcome was so much better than it would ever have been on the Duc

Regardless, in trying to get my deposit back, I was basically ghosted. Similar to what other reviews have said - lack of response to emails and voice messages. Mailbox was usually full.

I finally received the deposit back after suggesting legal action in an email. Her response was “There it is. please don’t contact us again”.

They will never have to worry about that.

Beware. There is no signed contract. It was all by email.

I support a sweet young person at Community Living.. We enjoyed a luncheon cruise today.. the weather was perfect.. the meal was yummy and the boat ride was FANTASTIC !! I have booked 2 more luncheon cruises in September! Thank you!!!

Highly recommend this excursion. Celebrated my sons 35th birthday. Beautiful day, staff was friendly. We enjoyed the Captains commentary and the tour. The brunch was so-so, but we understood...its not a restaurant. We will definitely go back, maybe even a yearly birthday tradtion!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Duc d'Orleans boat cruise in Sarnia, and it was an incredible outing. The live entertainment, including bands like Livewire from London, Ontario, added a fantastic touch to the journey. The music, combined with the scenic views along the St. Clair River, made for an unforgettable evening. If you're looking for a delightful cruise with top-notch entertainment, Duc d'Orleans is the way to go!

The Duc used to be a good spot but I’m honestly not too sure what happened especially when it comes to customer service… I saw a post on facebook about upcoming events and wanted to reserve some tickets. I followed pretty much every communication protocol ( text , email , facebook messenger and called ) for almost a week or two but I have yet to hear a response… total dead silence on their end. Not too mention their voicemail is always full and no one ever responds or answers the phone . ( but I have seen them post on facebook) this is very frustrating and disheartening for myself because I do enjoy going on the duc for a fun time :/ . I hope someone fixes the communication issues soon or something , so everyone can enjoy the duc once more .
