Review is with respect to the RV dump station.
Although there are signs directing you to the dump station, the dump location can be a bit of a mystery without specific instruction. Hoping the pics will help. Your target is a small 10x10” grate in the middle of the pavement about 25’ from the ‘RV Dump Station’ sign. Lift up the grate and remove the cap (if it is still there) and you can put your hose into the pipe. Works best without a 90 on the end of your hose but it can be done if the 90 is not removable.
No fresh water readily present but if you have a school key, there is a hose bib east southeast approximately 100’ away on the side of the building. You could potentially back your trailer up to it and reach it with a shorter hose but you’d have to move back (uphill) to the dump location.
The only reason this location looses a star is the difficulty in accessing water.

Spent some time walking around all the waterfront beaches in Ajax and Pickering and loved Duffin's Creek area. Very quiet area and not often traveled by anyone. Very nice day and couldn't resist some photography to share. The Duffin Creek Water Pollution Control Plant looks great in all directions.

RV Dumping Station - no charge. Stop and check in at guard gate, then follow signs. No rinse water at the site.

If you’re looking for an R.V dump, this is a great place in the area. Just drive through to
the entrance gate. The security guard will take your info and let you in. Follow the smaller yellow signs for RV Sanitary Station. It’s just a small grate that you remove, in the middle of asphalt area. Quick & free!

They open every day and even on weekends! We visited on Sunday around dinner time to dump black/grey water. Check in at the gate with the security and someone will take you in if you are not sure where to go. No running water though but still a great place for dumping.
