Just realized I have never reviewed the durham distillery on google, but I do suggest it to many people. I have not had a product I dislike, and have tried most if not all of them between personal purchases, the cocktail classes, and being a part of the distillers experience. The don't fear the reaper vodka, coffee liqueur and white dog black strap are some of my favourites.

Chris and everyone else I have come across through the distillery provides such great information, suggestions and cocktail ideas. Highly recommended!

This place is excellent, quaint and I think they are planning to put in a patio soon - I’m patiently waiting for this! The Reaper Vodka is one of a kind and should be on every bar in Durham. It’s great as a shot for the brave and even better as the vodka in your spicy Caesar! You have to visit this place!

We stopped in for a friend's bachelor party end route to our weekend destination. After speaking with Chris via email, he kindly invited us to drop in for a tasting, facilitated by Alex. Alex was incredibly informative and fun talking us through Durham Distillery's offerings and left a genuinely good impression. It was a great time. Thank you all for the experience!

One of the funnest days I've had in a long time. Durham Distillery really has it all. From the whiskey to the gin to the blackstrap rum. If you're looking for a great distilled liquor, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a fun time out for a night with friends, check out their Mixology classes. It's nothing but a good time!

I went looking for a local vodka option for my Caesars and came across Durham Distillery. Thanks to Shannon I got to sample the Reaper but it was a bit spicy (maybe next time I’ll be brave enough to buy it). However I did pick up Patio Lanterns and Wheat Kings and I’m sure they’ll be awesome.

First time at Durham Distillery and definitely not the last!
I went as part of a work event to one of their cocktail classes and had an absolute blast. The space is rustic-industrial, set inside a beautifully repurposed old fire hall, super cool vibe right from the start. The cocktail class itself was very hands-on and interactive, which made it a lot of fun. The instructor was both knowledgeable and engaging, making the whole experience really enjoyable. I ended up buying a bottle of their Cherry White Dog Blackstrap and some aromatic bitters, both are excellent. Whether it’s for a team event or a night out with friends, I’d highly recommend checking this place out. Great experience all around. Thanks for a great time!

A group of us attended a drinks class here last night. It was so much fun!!! We learned 3 new drinks (all made with beverages made right on site!) that were yummy. In between each drink we had some great nibbles. Loved hearing about the history of the distillery and all of the products they make. Even got to shop and take a few treats home so I can make the drinks at home. Thanks for a great night out - right here in Durham!!!

Thank you for organizing such an informative and exceptional event for the release of Bottle #2 of your Distiller's Experience. The opportunity to compare Bottle #1 and then Bottle #2 directly from the cask was truly remarkable. The Distiller's Experience has surpassed all my expectations, and I eagerly await the release of Bottle #3 next year. Well worth the cost.
I am really looking forward to attending one of your upcoming Cocktail Classes, have heard great things about them.
