From the time we arrived until we left, it was the best experience we could have asked for. From the friendly greeting while checking in, and all the super useful information provided by Brenda, to the beach, the grounds, the cottage, everything was PREFECT!! We stayed for 3 nights, including weekend days, and though we knew there were other people there, it was so quiet and like we had the whole place to ourselves. LOVE that you can sign your cottage up for a time at the pool making it a nice private experience. The beach was private, clean and so many different activities to do. The up keep of the property is amazing, and the hosts are top notch. I will be recommending this place to every one, or maybe not....so it doesn't get too popular that we can't get booked in again haha

This place needs to be recognized! Let's start with the owners, they are more then warm, friendly and helpful, very willing to make sure you are well looked after.
The site is very well maintained, super clean and the location is amazing. You can tell the owners take great pride of the business.
The cottages are very tastefully done and well maintained. The place was spotless! It seems like all of them have a view of the river, I know mine did.
I could have spent hours on the deck if I was not there for a business trip and had to get to bed. The fire pit was located so you could sit and see the view. Wood was reasonable at $5 per bag.
They have a pool, I did not use it so cant comment on it but looked like a good size and well maintained.
I am looking forward to my next visit. I would definitely recommend you stay here. As business traveler, I get to see the good and the bad, trust me I would fail the test if I had to point out 1 bad point about this place. Very scenic drive in the area as well. STAY HERE, YOU WILL LOVE IT!

This place is a slice of heaven. Brenda is literally the sweetest person on earth. The cottage was super clean and so cozy. They have a little coffee shop that is open 24/7 and sells baked goods (which were delicious) , soft drinks and coffee.
It wasn’t the best weather when we stayed so we didn’t get to make it to the beach. There was a thunder storm and we got to sit on the deck in hanging egg chairs and watch the rain and lightning and hear the thunder. The hot tub was also amazing. Brenda went above and beyond and left a tray full of goodies for us. We definitely will be back😊

I stayed 3 nights at the eagle view cottages (Goldfinch) to kick off my vacation. It was exactly as described. I had all the ammenities I needed. The view was spectacular, the beach was lovely, the pool was amazing. The cottage was perfect for a solo getaway!

It was exactly what I was needing to reset, I didn't want to leave.

I checked out the kingston farmers market, and the lovely gift shop across from the cottages, purchased a few lovely items.

I can't wait to come back, thanks to the lovely owners for such an amazing stay.

Recently stayed 2 separate weekends with my group of girlfriends. Had a wonderful time both times. Brenda and Keith were amazing and are great host. The cabin was beautiful and the views were even better. We will be back!!

We stayed in the Eagle cottage. The view is stunning. The hot tub was relaxing while looking out at the Saint John River. Inside the cottage, you can tell the owners carefully picked out each piece of decor; beautiful pictures, art pieces and furniture.
I spoke with one of the owners and she was so incredibly sweet. Walking into the cottage, there was a bottle of wine and chocolates.
The price of the cottage was more than reasonable. Honestly, overall, no complaints. Looking forward to going back!

I chose this place last summer for a vacation and also to visit my daughter and granddaughter. We stayed in the Blue Jay cottage. The view was spectacular. Loved watching the sun sets, while enjoying a hot tub. Just beautiful. This week, (Dec. 22 -29) we have returned for Christmas to be with the family. We are staying in the Robin cottage, and my gosh, it is absolutely beautiful. Keith and Brenda (the owners) never disappoint. Every cottage and grounds are so beautiful and homey. I have found my home away from home. I love it here. If you are looking for an amazing place to stay, I would suggest staying here. You won't be disappointed.
