I booked an Atlantic Salmon trip with one of the guides (Todd) for myself and my visiting dad from out of town. Neither of us had Atlantic Salmon fishing experience, and we were both rusty with a fly rod. Todd was very easy to communicate with and set everything up. Todd put us on fish and did everything from showing us where/how to cast, cooking us a small snack, and setting us up with the correct flies. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent and unforgettable 1/2 day with Todd. His expertise, friendly and engaging manner were exactly what we wanted and needed for a new experience ...for a combo of a non-hard-core-fisher person (wife) and me....die-hard-any-day-time-where type of couple. The scenery was amazing, and raising my first salmon was just awesome. I'm already practicing so I can return to NL with my own equipment, a better caster and more aware of where my fly is! One of the best parts of the day was finishing with an unexpected visit with a local guy who had built his own skiff (and Canoe among other things!)….and was treated to a new hand-fashioned grill scraper! Amazing memories...I'll be back for sure! Thanks Todd.

Can’t say enough about the terrific experience my son and I had w Keegan Hatt of East Coast Ghillies. We went after sea-run browns on the falling tide and brookies in barrens ponds and small rivers. Keegan worked hard to put us on fish and was considerate of my age (79). Apart from his knowledge, he’s great company. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!! 😊👍🏻

I was in St. John's the first week of July. We had some tough fishing conditions but Todd was great. He really knows his stuff and is very talented with the fly rod. How he ever found some of the pools I will never know. Thanks for a great trip Todd!

Had a wonderful full day on the river with Todd.
If you want to experience catching Atlantic salmon on a fly rod, I would highly recommend Todd. He went out of his way to insure that I will have lasting memories of catching these hardy fish.

Went fishing with this guy last year. I was a beginner and didn't feel overwhelmed- I learned a lot, caught some fish, saw parts of Newfoundland I wouldn't have seen otherwise, and took some great pics. It was a great day, and he cooked us up an amazing lunch of moose sausage. Highly recommend.
