I recently used Ebus to travel from Vancouver to Kamloops. I needed to meet with my fathers attorney to sign a document which was going to take all of 15 minutes, I really didn't want to drive myself there and straight back and when I looked into flights they were over $600 so I booked my trip with Ebus. Round trip cost less than I would have spent in fuel had I driven myself. The bus was on time both ways, they were very clean, almost looked new actually, the bathrooms were also clean. The drivers were professional and appeared to be helpful with passengers with luggage, I had none. The seats look very modern and the leg room was perfectly adequate for a 6' person anyway. However the seats are very firm and as such not at all comfortable. I didn't have anyone sitting next to me either way so I was able to stretch out a bit and the recline was quite good, but in my opinion the seat cushions are too hard. All in all though for the price it's a decent option if you are without a car or don't want to drive.

It’s been quite a few years since I’ve taken a bus. I have to say this trip from Kamloops to Vancouver was FAR more enjoyable and COMFORTABLE than air. Clean upgraded seating and driver was great. Felt very safe with the recent dump of snow over the Coq. This particular trip (8:15am departure) was only scheduled for 4.5 duration - only about an hour longer than driving yourself and with the conditions on the highway, a far safer and stressless choice IMO.

Friendly staff and definitely the friendly drivers as usual. Appreciate the drivers taking their time on the Coquihalla highway; you get there when you get there and you get there safely.

I was impressed with the amenities on board and the cleanliness. I was not a fan of the seatbelts as I found them too restrictive. The ride was quick and comfortable.

You guys need an afterhours emergency line, or at the very least, maintain the hours you advertise. I called before you were closed and no one picked up and I really needed emergency help because someone else took my bag.

I’ve always had a great experience with Kamloops Ebus on my trips between Kamloops and Vancouver. The rides are consistently relaxing and comfortable. The only issue I've encountered is that some of the bathroom doors tend to slam open on turns. Other than that, it's been a wonderful service. Highly recommended!
