In verband de enorme rookontwikkeling vanuit de bosbranden die woeden in BC hier tijdelijk verbleven omdat de rest dicht was.

Service is uitmuntend, sanidump op je plekje met water en electriciteit en goedkope wasmachine optie (die heel goed werken) $45 is iets boven wat we verwachten maar wat je terug krijgt aan faciliteiten maakt het enorm goed. We hebben onze camper kunnen aanvullen met water en electriciteit. Manager on site is enorm vriendelijk.

We were stuck in Edson due to vehicle problems, and I found this campground via a Google search. It appears to be more about use by people who are full timers. The working folks don’t necessarily apply to these comments. Those who are just existing and not working are what creates the negative items.

The pros:
- The gentleman who was either the owner or manager was friendly.
- The site had full service 30 amp, which was without problems.

The Cons:
- The entrance is the first clue, as there is a derelict building as soon as you pull in. - Poor housekeeping of the grounds - lots of garbage left behind by previous people, in the sites and in fire pits that aren’t cleaned up, at least not in the 4 nights we were there.
- Quality and condition of many full time units was quite poor. Old, broke down, too many treasures (junk, garbage, recycling) laying around the units.
- People coming and going from the various beater trailers - in cars, bikes, on foot - seemed a little bit sketchy to say the least. Too bad that rent money without decent standards is an acceptable business criteria for the owner.

If my tow vehicle wasn’t in for repairs, I wouldn’t have stayed, and we will not return and do not recommend this place if you are expecting a nice place that doesn’t have a degree of sketchiness with it.

Arrived after hours. The host was quick to come and greet us and made the registration process super easy. Such great customer service! The pull thru sites are level and wide for slides set up. The showers are clean and included in the price. The highway is nearby, so it is possible to hear some noise. Overall, it wasn't a bother.
I highly recommend this place!

I approached the current managers of Edson RV Park & Campground to help me with a travel problem. Some past reviews noted very poor management at the site. New mangers (as of a few months ago) could not have been more helpful. Their persistence in finding a solution to my problem turned a potentially serious problem into a great day. While working on my problem they talked about positive changes they are working on to improve the campground - including a more proactive approach to problems that arise, greatly improved washroom facilities and much greater attention to upkeep of the grounds. I was lucky to have found such supportive people during a moment of need!

Great campground, I've been a full-time RVer with my family for almost a couple years now all across North America and this was by far the best managed campground I've been to yet. Very friendly and accommodating staff, 50amp sites available, no playground but lots of sand all over the place for the kiddos to play with. Very close to the golf course, great water pressure in the bathrooms and the train noise is quite minimal for being close to the tracks. Pets are allowed with no extra fee and no power surcharge for monthly stays all work it out to be a fantastic place to go for work or play.

Very friendly staff. Clean showers and washrooms. Very fair price. Lots of drive through sites. Very quiet here on a Tuesday night. Highly recommend this campground.

Quite camp ground ! A little more set up for remote workers on LOA ( living out allowance). Golf course right over the fence. Edson with everything you could need is 2 km down the road.

We were treated very badly at this RV campsite the manager of the place was caught going through our things and we were told he owned the place he was the boss and he could do what he wanted secondly he would walk around our camper at night and others campers and look through the windows we caught him doing it and others got him doing it as well. He approached my daughter in a sexual manner she said no but he was caught in the bathroom with somebody else's girl it was a disgusting place to be there is poop on the walls in the girls bathroom for at least 2 months he tried to blame it on us we said we didn't think so and finally I called the health inspector and the health inspector came out and then they cleaned up the place. In the middle of winter on the coldest spell he unhooked or Hydro for 3 weeks and broke my sewer system and of course our fridge
