I just got back from Cherry Blossoms in Japan, and it was an amazing trip! Japan is a gorgeous and fascinating country.
It was nice to let EF do all the planning, so I could just enjoy the experience.

The tour guide was awesome at her job. She had so much knowledge and enthusiasm. She kept our group of 34 on time and entertained every step of the way.

I was very happy with the quality of the hotels. They were more on the upscale side with great accommodations and amazing breakfasts. The washrooms in the hotels were especially good!

The pace of the tour was very fast, but that was made clear when signing up. Still, there were several stops that I would have loved to have more time to explore. However, I think that is the nature of going on a group tour and trying to fit in as much as possible in as short amount of time. If I went back to Japan, I would go by myself now that I know how things work so I could spend as much time as I wanted at each stop. But for a first timer with only very basic knowledge of the Japanese language, being with the tour group was perfect.

I will definitely be booking with EF Go Ahead tours for my next new adventure overseas!

I have travelled with EF tours as parent chaperone for 5th and 6th graders and then continued with go ahead tours . My recent tour to South America was very good, made very special by fellow travelers , tour managers and excellent drivers. Our tour manager Edwin in Peru made our trip to Peru easy and exciting. Local tour guides arranged by Edwin were exceptional. They were patient with us during our climb to Machu Pichu. This tour was physically tasking for 6 of us because of our age but it was made possible and easy by our tour guides coaching us thru it. I will recommend for all . Some of our time was lost in flights fro. Argentina to Peru which hopefully for future travelers can be arranged better by EF tours. Porter service was available only in Peru ,not in Brazil and Argentina,which was astonishing , since in the past it was made available throughout our trip. Whispers were available only in Peru, not in Brazil or Argentina. EF go Ahead should make better arrangemts regarding that. However I still prefer to travel with this company because of the history and cultural education of the region that I recieve through this group makes it very attractive to my husband and I.

EF Tours Chile, Patagonia, and Argentina is an unforgettable journey that paints beautiful memories that will stick with you forever. This is a must do trip and was facilitated and coordinated by EF go ahead tours. This was our first guided group tour for 11 days and I have to admit that I was worried that we would be following a flag and not having any free time or be stuck in a bus for hours and hours.
This tour was quick paced and traveled to Santiago, Patagonia and Buenos Aires. We visited the most beautiful and rugged places in the southern hemisphere.
I could go on about some minor inconveniences in the hotels but they are things you will experience on any trip.
What we really liked was the small group experience of under 20 people. Some were solo travelers and had no trouble finding new friends to safely enjoy the experience with. Our group had to do a lot of walking and I found that everyone respected the time and schedules so we never had to wait around for stragglers.
Hotels were good and clean but organized plane rides though planned very well, they were not always the best times. We had some very early wake up calls but we landed in beautiful places and quickly forgot about sleep.
I would highly recommend this tour. You have regional guides and a tour Director who travel with you and truly works hard to make your trip the best it can be.
Booking the tour was easy and we chose to make our own flight arrangements but they can take care of this as well. Communication is very good and this tour lived up to and even exceeded my expectations. I also would recommend that you add on the extension to visit the falls in Argentina and Brazil. We could not take this in due to scheduling conflicts but the photos that the group shared with us were amazing.

This was truly a trip of a lifetime and my expectations were met a hundred times over. Our guide, Daniel could not ask for anyone better. He was far and above the best tour guide I ever have had. I only wish our time in Zanzibar was a little longer. Definitely take the balloon ride if it is available to you, it was truly a highlight. And getting to meet the Masse Mara people so special. All of the resorts we were in were incredible clean beautiful amongst the land just what you would expect and want

We are extremely happy with our two week safari to Kenya. The wild life made it exceptional along with the excellent service provided by Joel / Joseph and Maurena .
Joel and Joseph members of the ET Go Ahead Tours were there 100 % of the time. They also drove to the airport in Narobi to retrieve my wife's luggage which was lost for 7 days. They were most courteous and always very helpful. We would most definitely recommend EF Tours to organize and carry out our next travel. The main issue we had was with Lufthansa and United Airlines who lost my wife's luggage once for 7 days and again on our return to Canada.
A very successful tour thanks to EF Go Ahead Tours.

Loved my trip to Ireland. Beautiful country and lovely people. EF did a great job at selecting hotels. Motel One in central Dublin was a perfect location to start our tour. Walking distance to so many wonderful sites. St Patrick's, St Stephen's Green, Trinity College not to mention Temple Bar area and the shopping district. The rest of the tour was above and beyond for scenic views and historic sites. The trip was a great mix of busy city life in Dublin, the spectacular Cliffs of Moher then the quaintness of Galway. Our tour guide Mags was so knowledgeable about the sites we were visiting and went above and beyond to ensure everyone on the tour was enjoying themselves. I will miss the friends I made on this trip and hope to meet them again on another EF tour.

Although the guided tour and the guide were first class, my travel to an from France was less than enjoyable. Although EF promotes the use of EF for booking air travel since it includes transfers from the airport, my flight was cancelled because of weather. Although I booked air travel through EF, EF advised me that I was "on my own" in re-booking with the airlines and in transferring from the airport to the hotel. After a 100 euro cab ride that EF told me it would reimburse, I am now being told to seek reimbursement from insurance with will take months to recover, if at all.

Also, regarding transfers to and from the airport, I was transported to the wrong terminal several hours early so that the transport van would only need to make one trip ever couple of hours. My booking also included a 7 hour layover in Heathrow.

Next time, if there is a next time, I will book my own air transfers and transportation to and from the airport!
