We really enjoyed our four-day stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s pet-friendly with no extra charges, which was a big plus. Breakfast was good, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. The hotel is also conveniently close to West Edmonton Mall. We enjoyed free beer and wine during the 5:30-7pm social. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxed stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Element Edmonton West Hotel. The entire experience was excellent, and what truly stood out was the staff’s kindness, professionalism, and support.
• Breakfast team – The kitchen staff and the person serving breakfast every morning were warm, attentive, and made sure guests started their day right.
• Housekeeping staff – Always kept the rooms clean and welcoming with a smile.
• Front desk/help desk staff – Extremely helpful and approachable, making check-in and any requests smooth and easy.

I especially want to mention Karan, Raman, and Priyanka, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their genuine care and helpful nature really made a difference.

Having stayed at both the Sheraton Four Points and the Element Edmonton West, I can say both share excellent facilities, and the service at both is consistently very good.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Edmonton – great staff, clean rooms, and overall a very positive experience!

This is one of the better Elements. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are updated, the beds and pillows are quite comfy. Keep in mind that they allow dogs so there is the possibility of barking and of running pups in the room above you. Gym was well kept and had a good selection. Breakfast staff a choices were both pretty good! We seem to always come back to this one and im sure we will again.

I had a wonderful stay at Element, and I want to give a special shoutout to the night staff Camille who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always available with a smile and humor, even in the late hours. It made a big difference to feel so well taken care of.

Also, the breakfast was a real highlight! Fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of healthy and hearty options. It was the perfect way to start the day. The chef was bright and welcoming.

Overall, a great experience, thanks to the amazing team at Element!

I was given a room that basically opened onto the lobby right in front of the elevators and where breakfast is served. Obviously it was extremely noisy, especially when they were getting ready for breakfast at 5:30. After much complaining they moved me for my second night, and I guess someone else was unlucky to get this room. I paid full price and was not offered anything but an apology. In my opinion this rooms should never be sold and used for something else like a pet room or a meeting room as it is impossible to get a good nights sleep in it. I have attached a picture from the door of the rooms showing what is directly outside.

We stayed at the Element West Edmonton Hotel for a few nights. Overall, I would rate it around a 3 to 3.5-star experience.

The highlight of our stay was the excellent customer service—special thanks to front desk staff Harpreet and morning egg chef Ben, both of whom were friendly and accommodating.

That said, there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve. The breakfast area would benefit from better ventilation, and the breakfast menu could use more variety, as the same options were offered each day. Similarly, the evening cocktail hour lacked variety and consistency, with limited food selections available.

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was acceptable, though not exceptional. Housekeeping staff did a decent job, but some areas could be better maintained.

I would recommend this hotel for a short 1–2 night stay. For longer visits, the limited amenities, repetitive breakfast, and minimal happy hour offerings may fall short of expectations.

The hotel is quite new and room is big and clean. Staff is not very helpful or proactive although they are courteous. They did not proactively sent someone to make the sofa bed at night but rather ask me to do it myself. The body wash was not refilled and I have to use shampoo to take bath.
