This is one of my favourite stores. Great atmosphere, clean, everything displayed beautifully and easy to read product menu. For the size of the store they actually carry more product than expected. Staff are always wonderful and friendly, not once have I walked in and not been greeted with a big smile. The manger has done a fantastic job making this little store a beautiful welcoming spot! 100% would recommend! ✌🏻

This place is great. I always treated with the utmost respect. They answer all my questions and if they don’t know they will find out for you. Manager is fantastic always greets me and knows her stuff. One of my favourite stores to shop.

I used to love going here and buying things but since new management came in they never have what I request or anything really good at this point. Most of the staff are absolutely amazing and are super helpful, but the manager is super rude she has quite the attitude and doesn't seem to like working there at all. Some changes need to be made there big time. Feel bad for the workers, can only imagine what there going through.

I regularly shop at the Elk Valley Cannabis store. The manager and the sales staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products, very helpful and pleasant. Every visit has been a pleasure.

No one answers the phone, their online menu/website doesn't work, they rarely have the products I want in stock. I spend about $300 a month on products just not at this shop. Save your time and money and shop online.

Came into town for my sister’s wedding and this shop instantly caught me eye. I was kind of nervous at first (as I don’t usually partake) but was greeted by the owner himself, Ryan, and he provided me with descriptions on every strain and what effects they may have. Overall, it was the best experience I’ve had at any establishment. 10/10 recommend!!

My first experience was a good one. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they have a great selection to fit your needs. Their air conditioning is on point too, it was like walking into a icebox, refreshing during this heatwave.
