Absolutley terrible driver that we have. I cannot believe she is allowed around children. She is dangerous, aggressive, lies. Bus 014 in Cambridge. The driver has locked kids out of the bus, refusing to drive them home, leaving them with trying to use the city bus with no funds, not letting kids off at their stop, driving while children are trying to get off the bus, swearing at kids on the bus. Locking them out of the bus and smiling a waving at them as she drives away. Absolutley ridiculous. Complaints are being filed with the bus company and school board but it has been mentioned to me that nothing will come of it because they need drivers. Even my kids school has told me to take my kids off her bus for their own safety.

Was not a safe experience. The driver drove into a railing and bus was stuck getting into a parking lot. Poor in terms of communication as well, second time around got a quote and asked for next steps and they had responded several days later stating they are now full.

Drivers block wheelchair ramps. Do they not receive any training? Do they think there aren't any students in wheelchairs?

Requested a quote by phone. It took WEEKS. A friend booked a bus and it didn't come. Extremely disorganized company.
