I have dealt with mutiple insurance offices in the past. And since whe moved, I started dealing with Esau Insurance. And I must say, I never had such great customer service anywhere else.

Came here to register by boat trailer because I live close and wanted go try a new place. It was homemade and when I bought it I did not get the old insurance papers from the previous owner.
They said I needed it, not the bill of sale and without it they can't help me and I needed the old owner who I don't know to go it it from auto pac if he didn't still have it and send it to me. And until then I could not register it.

I called my brio agent and explained what the situation was and she said they only need the bill of sale and I'm on my way there now to register my boat. Not sure why its different place to place but it was.

Well iv'e never been to this place before and needed Insurance and nowhere else close to us was opened.
The owner here is something else and not in a bad way. He was great full of information and a great help.

We deal with another rural insurance broker and there nothing but issues not knowing stuff problems and any questions that they are asked to do with car insurance or home insurance it's always a headache to get the correct answer.

Here at esau that's not the case. I went in for vehicle insurance and left full of information not only on vehicle insurance but home insurance also.

We will be switching everything over here and making the 40 minute drive because it's worth it.
