Went online and found this site. Looked at reviews and all were good... so I booked using the online tool and no travel agent. Everything went absolutely flawless! Received all the info regarding our departure, arrival, transportation and resort via email. We would not hesitate to use escapes.ca again.
I did have a few questions and when I emailed, the company responded within that day.

I have used Escapes for all our travel needs for well over 10 years. Have always done our bookings verbally over the phone with an agent. They always give great professional friendly knowledgeable service, and never had any problems.
Just came back from a recent Mexico trip. Manju was super helpful in all our booking needs, giving prompt reliable service, looking after every detail. Our special room requests were fully met at the hotel, as Manju had relayed these requests to the hotel before arrival.

Great travel agency! Friendly, professional service from a knowledgeable, experienced travel agent (Bernadeth). Our vacation package was at a very reasonable price and matched our available dates perfectly. Tickets and all associated travel documents arrived promptly by email. This is an honest review. My first time booking with escape. I loved everything about their customer service because someone will always answer either by phone or email and they are extremely helpful! My travel was with sunwing which are hard to reach but this agency help me through my flights and hotel with them by contacting them for me while I was in cuba where wifi and service is almost nonexistent. They processed everything and saved me a lot of headache if I were to book directly with the airline. They help you from flight, hotel and insurance and any problems you might have along the way, they will contact for you. I will book again next time with them. Good price and helpful nice staff! Thank you escapes for being there for your customers!
