Need more work on how to work with natural kinky hair. For a black hair salon. They need to learn how to comb afro hair so you don't lose all your hair by the time u finish. NEVER GOING BACK.

I’ve taken some time to think but this is actually the worst place I’ve ever been to. I was graduating, first time ever doing my make up, the person who was doing my make up was a actually doing it well how I wanted it however her superior talked her down and started telling her how to do my face, when I went home I actually had to take it off everyone hated it and I started to cry. The second time I went back I was paying credit I thought something was wrong with my card but it was your place machine because I tried it somewhere else and it worked perfectly fine. It didn’t accept my mother’s card aswell but she used it somewhere else and it worked. Lastly I just did some knotless braids medium just a little at my breast and it $290 I could’ve got that done for $120. Nice place but can’t afford it and I think the owner should treat her workers better the way she speaks to them is trash.

Never going back to this place! First off they braided my hair and did my sew in tight even after telling her multiple times. 2 days worth of tenderness in my head. They did not style the hair no curls no hot iron, the girl barely heated the iron for like not even 5 minutes to press the part and that was it. They didn't even spray nothing on the hair just sewed in the hair and charged me so much. I would definitely not recommend this place!

I've been coming here for the past couple years and love it! The atmosphere is chill and the lady is nice. The wigs! I find great styles here that I don't see when I go to some of the other hair stores, and for such an amazing price I'm not dropping even close $300 on them. So I usually buy 2 and resist the urge to buy another. The lace fronts I got were all good with shedding, great density, falls nice and tight into forehead etc. i wash and style the old ones and it looks as good as new! Will continue to keep coming here!

This is the first salon I went to when I was looking to get my braids done. My first time going in I had a good experience with a fair price of 20$ and an excellent job done on my hair. That being so I continued to come back on a weekly bases. After a couple of times they increased the price for me by 10$ with no explanation. But being that they do a really good job I didn’t mind paying the extra 10$. I continued to come back on a weekly bases but my last visit made me contimplate if I should come back because they once again tried increasing the price on me by another 10$ with no explanation. You should make note I’m asking for the same single braids style that I had been getting from the very first appointment and it’s always been the same lady doing it. I told the stylist that the last time I came they price was 10$ cheaper and all they did was shrug her shoulders. I don’t know what price she’s going off of or if she’s hinting that she doesn’t want me as a customer anymore. I’m very confused and sad because they do a really good job but can’t get over the feeling that they’re just trying to push me away or trying to grab more money off me.

They were not friendly and worst of all they burnt the top of my hair off with the flatiron. I noticed when I got to the car about and inch wide space at the front of my head clean gone. I was very very upset. I felt the envy as they did my hair as it was very long. I should have known. Never going back and would never recommend this service.

I'm sorry to say this but I have been there on two different occasions for a weave install. Where do I begin, both times I had an appointment and they still weren't prepared. Both times the girls who did my hair were so rude and didn't smile for a second. As a lightskinned black woman I felt very uncomfortable and for some reason I felt envy and tension. It's very said that black woman don't realize how important it is to love each other as sisters. Clearly the women working here have no self respect. Both times they were rough with me and my hair, talking to me with a very impolite tone, I felt aggression. Like no one wanted me there. The overall job was below average, it was loose and the braids underneath were very chunky. Over all an armature job that I could have asked a friend of mine to do. I had just moved to Brampton and didn't know anywhere else, thankfully I found A better salon in Brampton , a bit more $ but well worth it, they're kind and do the job perfect, no lie. At this salon they really need to hire up beat women who love being black and love life. And not woman who are miserable and hate themselves. Won't be back here again.

Went there once to get my wash hair , blow dry and flat iron and because my hair is natural . They wanted to change me $50 +++ another amount just to flat iron my natural hair .
I was not informed when I made the appt or before they started to do my hair.
As the young lady took the blow dryer and pass it through my hair a couple of times then put it away I ask her if she not flat ironing my .then she informed me that it's cost more to flat iron natural hair . I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN. AND THE LADY WHO OWN IT IS SOOOO DAMN RUDE .I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AND THE TREATMENT I GOT AFTER THAT. FOR MY EXPERIENCE THEY DESERVE NO STAR
