Had a senior who had a short horse ride on her bucket list, and while other places weren't interested in giving us the time of day, the kind folks at Evangeline Trails accommodate d our request, and were very informative, instructive, and concerned for our welfare and physical safety.

Highly recommend and definitely worth the trip from halifax.

My wife recently surprised me with a private trail ride, for my birthday. What an experience!

The horses are very well taken care of, the staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful. We are both beginner riders and were a little nervous, but Crystal was amazing at guiding us when we needed help.

The safety of the horses and riders are top priority here, and I really appreciated that. It allowed me to feel comfortable and taken care of during the ride.

The trail ride itself was incredible! It was about 2 hours long. They took us through forests, side roads, streams and open fields. The views were so beautiful and overall it was a therapeutic and healing experience for me.

I will 100% go back to Evangeline Trail Rides and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an educational, fun and therapeutic experience.

Crystal and team are amazing guides! The rides take you through open fields, ponds and streams, forests, and side roads. Crystal is so respectful to beginner riders, is firm for their safety, but understands their lack of knowledge if they aren't sure. It was a remarkable experience I will never forget! We had a GREAT time with Crystal and her gang at Evangeline Trail Rides! We did a very relaxing trail ride, and even the least experienced horse rider was able to keep up and manage with expert guidance from the trail-hands. Love it at ETR there horses and staff are great me and my mom and dad have been leasing for 2 months and we would go ever day if we could. I definitely recommend the March trail rides as it is the best temperature and NO FLYS! Horses are tacked up for you and great trails and people. Crystal the trail boss is by far the best horse rider I know! So hope to see you soon. Happy trails!🏇🐎
