I work for a non profit and we hosted our first annual fundraising golf tournament this year. We went with Event Caddy and I am so glad we did. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. I was the one that handled building our website/setting up our tournament and I found it very easy. If I did have a questions, I used the chat feature and got an answer immediately. We will absolutely be using them again next year. I truly don't think our event would have been as successful without Event Caddy!!

My first golf event to manage, and I don't play golf! This software was super helpful. We had 196 players and 30 items in the silent auction! The AI based help chat is amazing. I only had to chat with a human once. As far as being intuitive, I give it a 3 out 5. It took some time to figure out how to build it out, and I am above average for tech savvy. But AI help chat!!! You can do this. I got no real complaints from golfers signing up. The majority used the Stripe credit card option. Maybe 4 teams opted for writing a check, and zero venmo/zelle, so if you are hoping to avoid credit card fees,... good luck. Event Caddy does not add a percentage fee for the CC processing. You just pay the standard Stripe fee, and EC adds $3 per player which is very fair. The system did have hiccup once where I was not able to add items to the silent auction for 12 hours. If that happened the day before the event, I would not be happy, but it was a few weeks out.

Our charity golf event has grown so large (good problem to have), there is no way we'd be able to keep up if not for the Event Caddy software. The tools they provide are easy to program and keep track of. If or when I had a question or concern, they immediately responded with the answer or even fixed the issue themselves. Customer service is top notch. I'd recommend the software highly to anyone. It's worth every penny!

Event Caddy helped me host a fundraiser for my local youth football & cheer organization. It was easy for all of my participants to use and easily customizable. We used the free option and found it suited our needs but are considering the paid option for next year to further grow our golf outing. We were able to easily make excel sheets of our golfers to use for our needs of figuring out shirt sizes, contact information, and assigning each foursome to a hole. Our outing ended up with 112 golfer, 12 sponsor, and over $12,000 in profit. Excellent experience, we will be using them again for our 2nd annual tournament.

Event caddy was very user friendly and made the organization of teams and sponsors so much easier. The staff are very quick to answer any questions. And the live scoring app worked out really well. So easy to send texts out with links for Uber codes etc. Great purchase!

This was my first time using Event Caddy, absolutely amazing! EC's support in getting me up and running quickly was great, they responded quickly to my questions and provided several options to accomplish my intended outcomes. EC really saved me time in registering golfers, selling products and communicating with all involved -- all online. My family has (2) other admins that assist with tasks - we can all see progress of the outing as it takes shape. This toolset is well thought out and function rich, easy to understand and easy to teach. I plan to "clone" our 2024 event for use in 2025 - great feature by the way.

We used Event Caddy for the first time this year for our annual charity golf tournament. On the front end, golfers had an easier time registering and pre-purchasing contest entries. On the back end, however, there were a few things we would change to make the process smoother and more user friendly. We utilized the website for registrations, pre-purchase of contest entries, and silent auction. Updating registration on the backend felt rather disorganized and we ended up having to create a free ticket invite link to add in teams to keep them together. The online auction is handy, but could use some updates. The auction was available via a QR code and did allow us to share it with a larger group of people which is great, however, the overall design of the auction does not allow for much customization. Once the auction closed, we received no report with a list of winning bidders. Instead, we had to review each items list of bids to locate the winning bidder. This is something we would LOVE to see a report for, along with other items throughout the site. Overall, I think Event Caddy is great for golfers, but could be better for event planners.
