If I were able to put zero I would, I am forcefully obliged to give at least one. First of all, I don’t even know where to start. Terrible system. I’ve had enough. I am back to school now and not even a week back, I am having repetitive issues with the EXO system. I have to wake up extremely early for school to take up to TWO buses to get to the station and it is always a problem. It is firstly regarding the number 5 bus route 100. I never experienced this bus being late ever before in my 12 months of travelling in it. This time around (28/8) , it came almost 10 minutes late for literally no reason at all. The roads haven’t been this clear in a while. Also, some days before that (23/8) there was only one 5 bus running the whole morning so they canceled up to half of the scheduled bus rides? Then there’s the bus 40… where do I start? Saturday (24/8) at the côte vertu station. The bus was an HOUR late!!! Was scheduled to leave at 7:40pm it left at 8:30pm. Then, yesterday was almost the tipping point. (27/8) Tell me how I leave my house at around 9am to take the 15 bus all the way to the station and end up being in côte vertu at 12pm and being late to my class? What a joke really. It is already a pain to prepare two hours ahead and now EXO takes not only myself but others an hour of our days? Unprofessional and really frustrating. I am not the type to complain or whatsoever. So, to get me to write this letter I will have to give EXO an applause. Just stop changing the departure times that messes up the times that the bus is supposed to be at and leave!!! Like my teachers say, there’s no excuse for being late. On top of that at many occasions Yesterday, late. This morning (28/8) I might be late for my 8am class (hopefully not) despite leaving my house at 6am. If I paid to be late I WOULDN’T PAY AT ALLLLLL!!!!! To first time users of EXO, just take the train, at least it is consistent. Although, at the now increased price at 118$ (previously 114$) I would hope for that treatment. But in conclusion, depending on others in matters of transportation especially EXO is one of the things that I hate the most. So, opt for a car, even if it means saving every penny you make off a pay check. When I get the chance, I will never use this service again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Have a nice day.

Fairly sizeable parking lot, plenty of accommodations for bikers, and easy access to the train and buses. The coach buses are very comfy, but the bus schedule itself is seriously limited (the 40 and 7 are very useful express routes IF they’re available).

The interior of the building is heated, with bathrooms and water readily available. Much cleaner than the highly frequented Fairview terminal. However, there’s not much here, other than the massive Perform center right next door if you want to workout.

Sometimes confusing and the bus stop benches don’t even keep you warm like the glass is fully opened but none the less love the modernness
