I’ve cruised with 9 other people and all of them including me enjoyed every single moment of this trip. Nita Chand, my travel agent did an exceptional job from the presentation to booking this trip. My companions were even more impressed when we checked in on board with champagne and chocolate coated strawberries in our cabins. Was lovely. Thank you Nita. Same group of people can’t wait to cruise again in the future. With that being said, this time I doubled the number of people joining us for the next trip.

He is great for price watching and for deals on trips that we had already booked, we were recently moved from an Inside to an Outside and saved us money.

We booked a cruise with Janice and are currently sailing on the vessel. The confirmation that we received from Janice clearly indicated that $100 of on board credit would be applied. Unfortunately only $50 has been applied. We have contacted Janice and the cruise line. Both have confirmed that this is Janice's error. Her resolution is a credit for a future cruise. We are not receiving what we paid for. This is essentially a bait and switch. Refusing to make it right on a $4000 vacation over $50 is ridiculous. Book your travel with someone else.

Erin Drayton has been my chosen travel agent for several years. She has successfully organized in detail 2 Mediterranean cruises, 2 Caribbean cruises and most recently 2 European cruises for us. The Caribbean cruise was during Hurricane Maria and we were unable to confirm our hotel in Puerto Rico. Erin quickly found us alternate accommodation and the cruise was a success.
