Definitely would not recommend this travel agent. Walked in to make a booking for a river cruise promotion. Frustrating experience from beginning to the end, such as error in info given to cruise company which I noted and corrected on cruise company's website by myself; tried to obtain hotel info but lack of follow up and when decided to respond, she called multiple times at late evening at 9pm; when follow up on the final cruise documents, I was told to download from cruise company's website by myself when it is available, so waited until I checked with the cruise company directly, found out that it was already sent to the travel agent days before my inquiry. Understand careless mistakes may happen and agent may not be able to entertain requests immediately, but what I experienced was just total lack of professionalism.
