Your drivers drive like idiots they don't follow the rules of the road. Almost crashed into myself and my 9 month pregnant wife. You guys should train your drivers properly and ensure they know how to safely operate the vehicle they are using. Thanks again eh

On Jan 23rd, on behalf of FedEx, the Express Parcel driver came to our home in Sundridge. They did not knock on the door. They took the time to fill out a sticker and stick it to our door but not bother to knock. This delayed the expected delivery by a full day. The driver left a Door Tag number that FedEx said was not a Door Tag number as well as failing to put a tracking number on the tag. The sticker also said to look at the back and I can see what location the parcel is waiting at for me. There was no address listed on the back. Speaking to Express Parcel's dispatch resulted in a tepid response that they were ontop of this issue. This is not the first time this has happened with Express Parcel. This is just the first time I've been frustrated enough to reach out to them. What SHOULD happen is that they have one less driver who is bad at their job and find someone invested, engaged and competent. This is a poor excuse for a delivery company and it has been reported to FedEx that the third party they use is terrible.
