Initial service at first was great. Workmanship and customer support is horrible. Had them change a turbo, they got it in and done and even stayed late to finish for us. Truck made it down the road and lost all of the coolant, stranding the driver in the cold on the side of the highway. They had left a bolt on a coolant line loose and the bolt fell out and the line popped out of the engine block. I called them to inform them and they would not stand behind their work or even cover the expense to have the truck repaired after their mistake. It cost us another $1000 to have a mobile truck go out and install the line with a new bolt and refill it with coolant on the weekend. Had every excuse under the sun how it wasn't their fault even though that line had been secure in the block for over 1 million kms before they touched it to replace the turbo. If you feel like paying to have a job done twice then maybe go here. would be 0 stars due to rude, condescending owner and his attitude about the mistake.

In response to the owners reply. The line never broke the bolt holding it into the block fell out. Weird how a bolt can be in there nice and tight for a million miles and then magically fall out after someone was working in that area. A test drive was never done as per dash cam footage to prove as much. Not only that after i got it back to my shop to inspect their so called work there were several exhaust leaks and clamps that were not installed properly as well as intake piping that was left loose on the inlet to the turbo that could have led to a dusted engine if i had not inspect the work performed.

I hesitated to write this review, but I feel it's necessary given my recent experience. Following my husband's passing, I contacted his mechanic regarding his truck, hoping to make necessary repairs before selling it. While the mechanic provided some helpful information, there were several aspects of the interaction that left me disappointed.

Firstly, despite my husband's prior dealings with Express Truck Repair, where he was promised repairs that never materialized, the mechanic seemed dismissive when I reminded him of this issue. This lack of accountability was concerning, especially given the trust my husband had placed in him.

Furthermore, the mechanic's failure to communicate effectively was frustrating. He promised to provide information within a specific timeframe but failed to follow through, leaving me to chase him for updates. This lack of professionalism only added to my stress during an already difficult time.

Additionally, the mechanic charged me $120 despite not performing any work on the truck. This felt unfair, especially considering he had failed to address previous damages that he had initially agreed to fix.

Most disappointingly, I later discovered that the value of the truck was significantly lower than I had been led to believe. It's disheartening to think that the mechanic didn't communicate this information honestly from the outset, especially given my vulnerability following my husband's passing.

Moreover, the mechanic provided me with a quote that was $900 higher than the actual mechanic I ended up taking the truck to, Trusted Auto & Truck Service Inc. The mechanic at Trusted Auto & Truck Service Inc passionately advised me not to spend any money on the truck and instead recommended selling it as is, which ultimately proved to be the right decision.

In conclusion, my experience with this mechanic left a sour taste in my mouth. While I had hoped for understanding and support during a challenging time, I instead encountered unfulfilled promises, poor communication, and ultimately, a sense of betrayal. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others and prompts the mechanic to reflect on their approach to customer service and honesty.

Absolutely amazing! I have never experienced such quick and easy service. I’m usually very selective & cautious when it comes to my car but I can guarantee you that if you’re looking to have your vehicle handled correctly, this is the place you need to visit. The receptionist at the front, as well as the workers were all very professional and friendly and their services are very reasonably priced. I was reassured that my vehicle was in great hands and they did not disappoint. I was in & out within an hour & was left with one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. The owner of this Auto shop went way beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.

Visited express this week for a new set of brakes all around on my Honda Civic. They did a very good job. Very good prices and more importantly a very honest mechanic that actually cares about your vehicle. I will be taking all of my vehicles to them for service repair or maintenance.
