Good hotel and fairly priced for this small City of North Bay, ON.  Price is competitive.  I would like to make mention of an outstanding employee named Ami, who, went out of her way to really ensure that all were very happy with a beautiful breakfast.  Best breakfast Staff considering she was alone while it was quite busy.  Very Professional staff. It was my second visit and I was not disappointed.

Newish hotel located at the west end of town, just off Highway 17. The hotel itself is nice enough, with ample on-site free parking. Martha, who checked me in, was amazing! Incredibly polite and helpful. The room itself was what was expected. Not sure why hotels in North Bay can't seem to get the black out curtains right though... with new street lights, reflected by the snow, its not as dark as it should be. Additionally, while the bathroom lights are motion activated, to turn on, using the facilities in the overnight hours results in all the lights turning on automatically. Good bye night vision.||Not much within walking distance, in terms of food and drink.

I love coming to this Fairfield. The service is fantastic. From Prabhjot at the desk to was very helpful and gave us a Platinum upgrade without asking to Ami who went over and above at breakfast. |The room was large and clean and everything was as it should be.|We will definitely be back.

We always choose a Marriott hotel when we travel because we know it’ll be great, but this one is exceptional!
We’ve stayed here on numerous occasions now, and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. We frequently travel with our small dog, and she’s always enthusiastically welcomed when we arrive. The rooms are bright and clean, the breakfast is very nice, the coffee is hot and fresh, it’s perfect.

I was there to stay from December 10th to 12th. The room was very clean and well kept I was in room 104. Only thing view was the parking. Bed 🛌 was done not reused from night before very fresh bedding.

Bathroom towels were awesome too. The bathroom had soaps, shampoo and conditioners (pretty good stuff). Bedroom/ living area had clean bar fridge with coffee and tea packs above it. And coffee maker/ tea pot combo pretty clean and good to use.

Carpet was very clean no signs of bugs. Desk and tables clean 🧽 very good.

Well relax stay and the stay was quiet 🤫 no over night complaints.

Very clean and welcoming hotel with all of the amenities that you would want. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay and would spend another night in the future.

Nice, clean, and modern rooms. The breakfast buffet have good assortment.

But I think the best thing about it is the view during fall.
