The staff at this hotel took such great care of our hockey team. The reception was quick, warm and welcoming. The two ladies in the breakfast room were very helpful and courteous each morning. Met with a young man working maintenance in the elevator that took the time to ask how our experience was. Also the gentleman working front desk overnight with long hair provided great hospitality. Breakfast was decent. Good selection. Rooms are spacious and clean with great amenities. Overall a really great stay for our team but the service was definitely what made it just that much better!

Nice hotel, rooms have all basic amenities and a microwave. No complimentary water in the room. Bring your own water if you want to use the keurig inside the room or get some coffee at the lobby.

Decent size pool area, very small gym. Good breakfast options on the morning. They have a waffle maker and the usual bread, pastries and sausages.

Location is a bit isolated, no food choices within walking distance. Plenty of parking area.

This hotel is fine / average. We stayed in one of the one bedroom with kitchen rooms. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. When we arrived, there were multiple hairs in the bathroom on the floor and in the tub/shower. In the living room there was some type of iced coffee looking mixture splattered all over the end of the dresser/TV stand. And on the two level desk, the bottom layer when you pulled it out had not been cleaned at the back and there was a hair, elastic and old sucker stick laying there! For the amount of money we were paying per night we would have expected the room to be a lot cleaner! The sink was also not draining properly in the bathroom.

The kitchen was decently clean. Had some basic dishes, which was good. The TVs worked, the heater worked, the room has decent lighting, but limited plug-ins.

Breakfast again was okay/average. We didn’t use the pool or fitness facility so can’t comment on those. The staff that we interacted with was very friendly and seem to be quite good. However, when we had called in the morning prior to our arrival, we did ask them to make up the pullout couch for us since we would be arriving late and they did not do this. They also did not put extra towels in our room like we had requested.

They pull out couch in the room is a whole different issue… The mattress was sagging very badly and really it needs to be replaced! I felt very badly getting my child to sleep on this bed, but we didn’t really have another option so he had to sleep there. We offered to put the mattress on the floor for him, but he said no he would rather not do that so he just found a way to curl into a ball where it wasn’t too terribly uncomfortable, but the pull out really has already experience it's lifetime of use and as mentioned needs to be replaced.

I had high hopes for this stay, but it was a major letdown. First, they promised one thing but completely went back on the deal when I arrived. The breakfast was honestly terrible—barely edible and not what was described at all. To make matters worse, there were questionable people hanging around the property, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I definitely won't be returning to this hotel again. Would not recommend.

This hotel was great. We stayed from September 4th - 7th 2024. The staff were extremely helpful, competent, and seemed to really care. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The breakfast had a variety, which included hot and cold items; plus, pastries. The pool and hot tub was clean, and great for a family. Additionally, the hotel allows for guests visitor's to come and use the pool. Overall, everything was better than we needed. I would happily stay again.

I absolutely love this hotel!! This past weekend was our second stay. Room was clean. Staff was super helpful and so nice. Could tell they actually cared. Breakfast was amazing. Location is convenient right off the highway and a beautiful pond out front to walk around. So incredibly peaceful. Will definitely be back!!

Loved my time at Fairfield Inn & Suites Airdrie!

10/10 service, location and rooms!

First off, I am not a huge fan of Calgary's other neighbourhoods so Airdrie was actually the perfect spot away from the crazy drivers and high traffic roads and closer to my favourite place, Edmonton - just a 2.5hr straight drive!

Anyways, onto the service - every single staff was amazing since day 1 - they were courteous, thoughtful, attentive and also provided all amenities as requested. And I love when teams look like they work closely together, know the guests, know what's up basically that goes around their hotel. It's awesome! I love seeing the staff happy and that the manager is around to assist as needed but not hovering. Anyways, just my rambly two cents about what makes a great hotel - close bonds between hotel staff and management = happy guests!

Next, in terms of rooms and overall cleanliness, the hotel is extremely clean, well-stocked, common area washrooms, pay laundry, swimming pool, and a decent gym with dumbbells thankfully and some cardio equipment. The shower's water pressure was fantastic, huge washrooms, huge nice bed, pillows weren't super comfy but did their job not gonna be nitpicky about silly pillows and loved the huge parking lot (great for practicing my first time driving in the Albertan snow lol) and fast elevators, easy to access stairwells to each floor and parking lot. The lobby and dining area were great spots to have a quiet workspace to work on stuff and of course, it had the BEST breakfast buffet (Wyndham Garden near Leduc in Edmonton would be the other BEST hotel for the best breakfast buffet). You get a huge options of scrambled eggs, choco milk, cereal and a ton of oatmeal toppings (banana chips, vanilla coated raisins, granolas, breads, bananas, apples, literally everything to have a healthy breakfast and delicious bagels and sandwiches to grab and go along with a bunch of toppings like salsa, jalapeno salsa, mayo, etc.)

Can't wait to be back in a couple weeks!!!!

Nice hotel. It’s cleaner than most. Priced right for the value.

Downsides, the breakfast is done at 9am which was very disappointing for anyone trying to sleep in. Also the hot tub and pool are closed at 10 pm.
