J’ai mit une étoile parce que j’avais pas le choix met motel degueulace ma chambre a pas été nettoyer et a refuser de m’en donner une autre car était plus cher . Fermer quand demander remboursement. Bebittes sur les murs, plancher salle, toilelettre degueulace, bain tacher de marques de cigarette epousatage pas fait miroirs salle et j’en passe

Toilette ne fonctionne pas.il y a des tache partout sur le tapis les mur et couverte.plein de fourmi ds la salle de bain . J'y suis aller pas obligation sinon je n'y serais jamais aller en plus très dispendieux pour la qualité

Ok. Le prix est bas, c est assez proche de la ville, mais bon. Trouver des tiques dans les draps et les couvertures, ça en dit long sur la propreté générale.

This place sucked bad.we had to go get our own toilet paper.no towels.rude people who should not own anything besides a hotel.ljust all around bad service.period.recommend using another hotel.

Hands down the most disgusting motel I've ever stepped foot in. I didn't stay. The first room reeked of cigarettes and the walls were stained and marked up with cobwebs. Looked at a 2nd room for some reason and it reeked like cannabis. There were butts in the bathroom sink. I smoke cannabis and the smell was too overwhelming for me. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and polite even when I was leaving. I'd have trouble paying $40 a night, let alone the $90ish they were charging.

Booked by accident. My husband thought he was booking another motel we had previously stayed at. Upon arrival the lady was very polite at check in. We had been travelling for 9 hours and were extremely tired. The room was a huge disappointment. It smelled old and musty. The air conditioner was the older window type. It smelled bad when turned on. The carpet was old and smelled. There was a used face cloth on the floor. We should have left, but we were exhausted. The bed "shook" every time you moved. We both tossed and turned. My husband coughed all night and ended up with a very sore throat. Neither of us slept. We used our own pillows and blankets. I don't like to write bad reviews but I suggest staying somewhere else.

Low cost but not cheap enough for what you get. Room had a strong odor.....real strong! Carpets were dirty. Bathroom was ok. The administrators live in room(s) behind reception so it felt like you were walking into someone's cottage.....kid's bikes and toys all over front entry. Reception is more like their family room.....kids eating and watching the tube etc. Not a big deal if it is your cottage but unprofessional for a motel. Their ad says they offer complimentary breakfast, but their was no evidence of it, and no one mentioned it....not that I would have risked it. Room had 2 queen beds for 4 of us...that was good....but only 2 towels. Had to go get more. Was heading east. Should have stayed in Brockville for the night.

We had been driving for 8 hours before we got to Cornwall. So we were just looking for someplace to sleep for the night. When we first pulled in, the front lobby door was locked and we had to ring the doorbell to get the attendants attention. Her children answered the door. While my mother in law paid for the rooms I stayed in the car. And was then harassed by the children knocking on the car and staring in at me. We still gave it a chance and went to our separate rooms. When I got in the room it smelled dirty and the air conditioning wasn't working. Went to the bathroom, and there was poop stains still in the toilet from the last unfortunate guest, the toilet seat was broken off and just sitting on the toilet, the towels that were provided had hole in them big enough to fit your hand through. And that is just what was wrong with my room. In my mother in laws room she had the same problem with it smelling dirty, upon walking into the room. Her headboard was broken off and leaning against the opposite wall from the bed. Her bed sheets had stains on them both from cigarette smoke aswell as who knows what kinds of bodily stains. She found weird stains on her shower curtain, and her toilet couldn't even flush. We spent a total of 15 minutes in the place and it was enough to make your skin crawl. Needless to say we got our money back and got out as quick as we could. Will never be going back and will never recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.
