Positive: Was not able to check in. We were turned down and told that we did not have a reservation. The attendant was rude and said they do not use agencies. Negative: Dirty, rude, turned down without any resolution.

Cheap/affordable; clean and no bugs; there’s toiletries; easy come and go access via door to car parking; good security; comfortable King Beds. Very nice owner.

Lots of bed bugs, walls are falling apart, the ceilings are disgusting, the room is REALLY small it should NOT cost more than 100 dollars but they charged us for 120 dollars when it said 80 online and before, the chairs look like they were picked up from the trash and they are very dirty, the indian man and woman are really rude and have horrible customer service they did not want to give us our 50 dollar deposit and wanted to charge us extra for no reason, they wanted us to clean everything after ourselves like we are the work employees we are literally paying them to stay in the room and do whatever we want but the woman started yelling at us like shes mental over some pieces of paper we left in the room they are getting paid to clean the rooms not us were not supposed to do their job, they are a bunch of scammers and liars they want to get paid so much while doing no work at all and want us to do all the work, they need inspection as soon as possible, theres no way someone can trust them to work at the motel, they do no work at all and are getting paid, nothing is cleaned properly someone needs to check them or stop them i do not recommend this motel it is expensive and dirty and the services is horrible i would give 0 stars if i could

Most horrible disgusting place I've ever seen. Once there I immediately went out and bought new blankets and pillow cases and Lysol and Lysol wipes to try and clean it up a bit as it was raining and had nowhere else to go but if it wasn't raining I honestly would have rather slept outside . There was noway in hell I was laying down on that bed without first putting down my own clean blankets and pillow cases . I also sprayed the entire room in Lysol and still felt like I needed to shower in a decontamination place. Like seriously I stayed in the hottest shower for over an hour and still didn't feel clean . And really all they need to do is maybe vacuum and steam clean or maybe rip up the carpets . Change and wash the bedding once and awhile and put some lights up and even then it would be a bit better , we had no working lights and I'm guessing it was to ensure we couldn't fully see the stains everywhere .

BED BUGS!! My friends and I stayed at this hotel and had multiple bug bites in the morning!

Arrived at this Hotel after booking with another “budget hotel” in the area. Couldn’t even stay in the previous room for an hour. Was disgusting. This hotel checked us (my bf and I) quickly and the young male attendant offered to show us a variety of rooms. We chose 101. King bed. Non smoking and basic furnishings.

It was $100 including tax and a $50 deposit. I only had $49 on me. After paying for the room and the deposit I had .80 cents left in my purse. I left feeling like I was being judged.

Later last night i went to the office to ask for another pillow (they are flat and lifeless here) and now the night manager (Indian Female) was there. After a few minutes I had my pillow but it seemed like it was a big deal. I was told they would have to go to the basement to find one…. As a paying guest I didn’t think I needed that guilt trip. Also the Night Manager reminded me I only paid $49 (not $50) for my deposit. As an insult. Fun times.

The bed is nice. The shower tap is broken and I was standing in a foot of water the entire shower. The tv is old and standard definition and won’t do streaming.

Broken bedroom lamps held with duct tape. Missing wall sconces. Broken AC unit that cut out many times last night.

Fast forward to this morning. While I’m in the closet sized bathroom a giant cockroach comes out of a crack in the wall. DISGUSTING!!’

I killed it but after screaming and calling for my boyfriend. I don’t pay money to sleep in a trashy 80s decorated bug palace.

I hope check out goes okay. I can’t wait to get out of here.

you get what you pay for & for what I paid I'm satisfied. The room was clean, everything worked.Tv powers on from the light switch lol 😂 but the remote works fine.Service was great.

Had a fabulous experience here the past weekend. The owner and the staff were amazing. Rooms were clean and renovated. Definitely will stay here in the future!
