FCSS Taber has the kindest and most amazing staff. They continuously work hard to provide relevant programs to meet the needs of the community. For example they offer parent coaching, programs for parents and their children like stay and play, infant massage, grief support for kids, support for seniors navigating income supports and info sessions about a variety of topics, and free counselling including accelerated resolution therapy! They run amazing programs for teens where they can create their own volunteering opportunities and even find ways to specifically support Indigenous, Low German, and Spanish populations. I cannot recommend them enough!

It was in 2020, my Dr called child services in Taber, because my doctor saw that my children and I myself went through horrific abuse, children services decided to only listen to the abusers, they had the abuser bring the children in, instead of someone else who the child trusted, so they allowed the abusers to control everything, and refused to investigate, and our then 11 year old
child has suffered starvation and horrific abuse. Don't trust children's services in Taber, they don't do their job and are interested in children safety and well-being I as a mother had to knowt hat our children were suffering and abused and children's Services supported the abusers, Children services in Taber made it worse for our children, especially our 11-year-old child, because now the abusers had no fear of getting in trouble.The caseworker first name starts with a K.
