Took my kids there last fall to eat. Bathroom was disgusting and reeked. Tables were filthy and there was no service, so we left. Ordered pizza to hotel room tonight. Ate two of the pieces and the rest is going in the garbage. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your time or money.

What a complete dumpster fire of a business. One of the most ignorant customer service employees I've ever had to deal with. The food was below sub par, and just the general atmosphere during my purchase, was downright depressing. I actually walked out of there shaking my head, because I was still in shock how I just wasted $30.00 on an experience that I will never forget. Please don't visit this "restaurant", unless you like being ignored, and made to think that just the very presence of you being in their store, is a major inconvenience.

ALLERGENS NOT RESPECTED (you’d think $30 a pizza it’d be okay?) . Beware if you are allergic and would like to get a pizza that you specific order to not have certain things on or around is thrown out the window asked for no pork especially ham and bacon and they blatantly put ham throughout the entire pizza.

absolutely refused to answer phone at 3:30pm on a Monday afternoon :/ took 15 minutes to pick up. Edit: it wasn't them that picked up I didn't realize my friend actually phoned red swan, they answered first try though so that's cool

Absolutely a joke. Ordered 2 large pizzas on a Tuesday off of the original pizza menu. Got it delivered for $36 plus $5 tip. Looked at the menu that comes on the top of our pizza and there is a 2 large pizza for $20.95 Tuesday deal. The lady said she was to busy to let me know even though we were 1 on 1 over the telephone. To me that's a joke. Will not be ordering from here again.

We had a family Christmas get together this past weekend and ordered pizza from Family pizza in Humboldt to be delivered to our location for our supper. I was very happy with the pizzas. They were delivered hot and delicious . All of us were pleased.

Love this place! We as a family eat here often, to the point the kind lady that works there talks to my kids quite a bit lol. Nice and clean, put the cartoons on for the kids while you wait. Wait time is very short unless its extremely busy. Food is a tad bit on the pricey side but good food isn't cheap and cheap food isn't good!

Used to absolutely love this place but now with the new owners it’s a complete joke. They are extremely rude whenever you place an order, they NEVER answer the phone and when you do get through to them they seem to change the time that they’re closed daily. Absolutely awful.
