Security was on the ball, very attentive and helpful. The staff and amenities for Oktoberfest were great - good infrastructure and lots of activities inside and outside to enjoy.

Fan parkING LOT would be more accurate. Should not allow any event/tour to host in this space without providing ample seating and shade protection from the sun. If you don’t want to provide seating, let people bring in chairs. Sitting on the hot pavement to get some relief, or eat food, was not how I pictured spending my weekend.

Lousy, inhospitable venue for concerts. No seating, no shade, all asphalt. If there's someone you want to see here, you should strongly consider not going. This "venue" blows. It's a glorified parking lot.

Free, great way to experience Edmonton hockey with huge fans. Lots of arbitrary security rules/hassles (no backpacks over 12" but rule not listed anywhere), front gate closed randomly with no reentry allowed, lots of marijuana smoke (ugh). Still, was a great experience overall

For Oilers Watch parties y’all need to clarify your rules. Website says no outside alcohol, doesn’t say anything about outside food, then security takes away our snacks at the door. Get consistent signage or train staff better, this is ridiculous. Also Security guy was waving his wand at my friend after I told him my friend had a pacemaker and security wands mess up his medical equipment, that was unacceptable that security staff didn’t understand this.

I avoid that area at all times for my Safety. Looks Overcrowded for Oilers games or little outdoor concerts in a ugly area and beer is usually served I don’t Drink very often but very careful with it. Not a fun place to be for some events there.
