We recently used Fields Trips as a wedding shuttle service and could not have been happier with the service! Kate was extremely flexible and easy to communicate with. She was quick to respond to all our questions and went above and beyond to try and accommodate our requests. We used Field Trips as a wedding shuttle service in October 2022 and could not have been happier with the service. The service was timely and efficient shuttling guests to and from the hotel and venue. Kate was extremely easy to work with and flexible with schedules, last minute adjustments and any additional questions that we had. Thank you for providing a safe and reliable ride for all our wedding guests !

Friends Trips provides amazing tours both locally in Ontario and internationally. Kelly gives so much attention to every detail and has so much enthusiasm and knowledge. Highly recommend going with Fields Trips to be well taken care of on your travels.

The booking and planning all went well with Kelly. They needed a credit card up front to book so I paid. I cancelled a month prior to the event and was told it would be no problem, and that I would be reimbursed on the next workday. I still have not been reimbursed for this booking, 4 months after the fact. I cannot get a hold of anyone in the office, e-mails are ignored. I'd give you 0 stars if I could.

As a member of Probus I took one bus tour with Fields trips.
The bus seats were crammed worse than on an airplane. Two slim people were glued tight side by side. The owner of Fields trips, who accompanied us, had a whole bench to herself and argued that shorter trips on backroads had to use the smaller buses!?! - I've been on bus tours in Europe. They use big, comfortable buses and their streets are much more narrow than ours. - Our first stop for restrooms was a country store with an outhouse! -The pre-arranged lunch was less than acceptable!
Our group decided to never go on a trip arranged by Fields again.
