Reminders / Alerts are consistently sent 5 mins before the bus arrives or hours after.
What I don’t understand is why the bus is late at -14 but early at -25? You’d think it be opposite. The dispatch is constantly rude and have a bad attitude. If driving my kids to school was an option everyday, I would vs putting them in the bus.

They never pick up the phone or return messages. I got a notification that my daughter's bus will be an hour late and then 5 min before the regular pick up time i got another notification saying it was on time. She has a 20 min walk to the bus so how was she supposed to make it when their notifications are so off. This has happened multiple times. I also got notifications about her 8 am bus at 12. How is that helpful? This is not great service.

The worst school transportation that there is. The bus driver we were assigned crashed twice this year, and is now on a week record of being 30+ minutes late after school. My son doesn’t get home until passed 5PM. It’s absolutely ridiculous and you guys need to do better and hire better drivers. They don’t care about the kids they transport what so ever.

Like to express my gratitude towards Mr. Quami, our outstanding school bus driver at Le Roi Daniels school (bus number "F"). He is very punctual ,dedicated , pleasant and caring as far as my experience is. My daughter doesn’t have any complaints and she talks about bus driver always good. I highly recommend Mr. Quami for his exceptional service.

Since school started almost 60 times delay in the morning.school bus number 20.never on time my kids r missing the first 2 periods for the last month and half. i drive my kids every morning so they dont miss on school.very bad and un reliable company.very disappointed.parents have work to go too.i am a single mom and this is so stressing me out every morning,i dont have anyone to help me. Figure out your job.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. The service is terrible. For the first six weeks of school the bus was always at least 10 to 15 minutes late every morning, if not later. I’ve had to drive my kids so many times in order for them to get to school on time. It is also been 30 to 45 minutes late after school and sometimes just no-shows and parents have to go pick up kids. Several weeks into school, our bus time was changed to be five minutes earlier and we were not notified. The first day that the schedule was changed, the bus driver got angry with us for being late. Although there was no concern or apology for all the times he had been late before and we had been waiting for him. This bus driver is very rude and mean. He has blamed my kids for things (damage, mess on the bus) that were not their fault. When we addressed this with him, he was very gruff and rude. He takes no responsibility for the way that he comes across to elementary school kids. I can see why they are intimidated by him. I wish I had an alternative for getting my kids to and from school every day because I hate that they have to be in his care. I’ve tried to call the bus company several times and the phone is usually not answered. I can’t believe we pay $900 for this service. It’s sickening. I’m shocked to see that even with all of these extremely negative reviews the company doesn’t seem to be changing or addressing the concerns in any way.

Shoutout for the driver Quami. He’s always on time, cares for the kids safety, friendly with parents and my daughter says he’s entertaining too. Knowing that the bus is going to show up on time every morning is such a relief and a great start for the day!

This company needs to change management. Your service is unreliable specially during cold season, either your bus shows late and no driver at all. There is a reason that we put our kids to bus ride. We should deduct the payment from every day that you did not show up for your accountability. When we owe you for payment, you bombard us with invoices and we need to pay right away. You need to pay us every time your bus doesn't show up. It seems you get pass all of your dealings that is unreliable, poor service and so many reasons with the students and families.

Go up
