I had an amazing experience with FJ Travels for our Umrah and Dubai trip. Everything was exceptionally well-organized, making the journey smooth and stress-free. The transportation, accommodations, and overall logistics were handled with professionalism and care. We dealt with only minor inconveniences due to traffic.

For Umrah, the guidance provided was outstanding, Br. Hafiz was excellent as well as all group leaders and drivers - they were knowledgeable, supportive, and knew the local culture, routes and history of the places we visited. The hotels were in great locations—within walking distance of both Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi—making it incredibly easy to attend prayers without hassle. The transportation between cities was seamless, and we never had to worry about delays or confusion.

Our Dubai trip was equally well-coordinated, although we booked our own hotels and tours. It was timely planned with our umrah trip.

I highly recommend FJ Travels and Tours for anyone looking for a well-structured, comfortable, and spiritually enriching Umrah experience. Their attention to detail and dedication to making the journey smooth for the travelers truly stood out.

Had a really great experience doing umrah with FJ travel. 5 nights in Makkah at Anjum Hotel and 3 nights in Madina at Crown Plaza. The ground transportation was excellent and the trip went as expected. Omer helped me and my family with all the hassle free booking and visas.

We went with FJ Travel for our Umrah trip as recommended by a family friend. We were not disappointed with the services Alhamdulillah. Costs were very reasonable and they took care of everything from the visas, to plane tickets, to hotels and transportation. They answered all my questions clearly and their coordination with the Saudi team was very good. We always maintained a great line of communication throughout the trip. Special thanks to brothers Omer Mustafa, Javed Chowdhury, Hafiz Sanaullah, Mohammad Iftikhar and Bilal Iqbal. Jazakallahu Khairan. I would definitely consider them for future Umrah trips.

I did my umrah with my family last few days ago. This was my best decision to choose Fj travels and tour's. Javed choudhry arranged each and everything perfectly. His team members are super patience and lead us very nicely and their team members at mecca and madina were so humble and nice they did their best for us. Hafiz bhai and Imam tell us about islam so many things and Haifz bhai arranged our transportation sharply on time and he took care all of us. Thanks to Javed choudhry and his team members for their speechless efforts.
I told about Fj travels and tour's to my family members and friends cause choudhry javed deserve it. Next time I ll choose Fj travels and tour's IN SHAA ALLAH. THANKS again for everything 😊.

I went for Hajj with FJ Travels in 2019. It was apparently their first time organizing Hajj and it clearly showed. What I found most disappointing is their unwillingness to take responsibility (always deflecting any issue as being out of their control), and that they weren't open to any feedback or constructive criticism (which is evident in how they reply to any negative review). The language/tone that they reply to reviews is a reflection of how they deal with Hajjis/Guests. I've attached the itinerary they sent us a couple of days before we left Canada (we didn't have any itinerary until then) - You'll see that they didn't bother even verifying that the dates make sense. As for the issues we ran into during Hajj, it's well documented in other reviews but I'd be glad to elaborate if anyone is interested. The only positive was that the lead Sheikh (Sheikh Ashraf) was very knowledgeable and tried his best to mitigate the numerous issues we ran into.

My honest review is based on services received in January 2024 for a family Umrah trip.

Pros
*Flight was okay.
*Airport pickup was okay though we had a hard time finding the driver
*Airport drop-off was on time
*Hotels were decent and a short walking distance from the masjid both in Makkah and Madinah. Very convenient .
*Drivers and tour guides were friendly and polite

Cons
*Communication was mostly inconsistent.
*We paid for a Quad room but this company booked us a Triple room stating that my 6 year old and 8 year old could share a bed. This was very inconvenient.
When I pointed this out the company denied instead providing a different receipt from the one I was issued when I paid.
*Ziarat tour guides did not fully understand English and we had to ask other pilgrims for assistance most times.
*Hotel booked in Madinah was different from the one offered
*Local transport was disorganized, usually hours late and not communicating clearly. This is very frustrating and doesn't enable proper planning.
* The company stated that abayah and Ihram clothing was free, however they were asking for $150CAD for postage from Brampton to Ottawa. That's unreasonable and we chose to purchase our own

My advice is to prospective clients if you chose to use this company is:

* to document all communication with the company as there will be inconsistencies.
*If you plan to pay by credit card, the company will ask for a photo of your credit card. We did not accept this as we believe it is unsafe and illegal.
* avoid the wording "or similar* when it comes to hotel bookings as there is no guarantee what you will receive.
