I highly recommend this motel if you are in the Sudbury area. Room was very clean and has been recently renovated. I will stay here again when I am in the area. The owners are very friendly and the price is right. Being right in the town you will be close to lots of restaurants.

Owner every nice and helpful go out of there way to make you feel welcome. The rooms a well set up and everything you need for to stay awhile . Beautiful clean and comfortable I tell friends and family to try and stay there if they around the area. Pet friendly and a place to take your pet to washroom. You would glad you stay there

I would give the Fleur De Lis 10 stars if I could! This is the nicest place to stay in the area. The owners clearly take pride in maintaining the property and go out of their way to help guests. The motel is located in a quiet residential area that is close to restaurants, shopping and area attractions. My room was clean, spacious and had all modern decor. The bed was very comfortable. Most importantly, the motel is pet friendly. There's lots of grassy area to walk your dog and there is an outdoor picnic area too. This place is VERY popular during the summer months so book your stay well in advance. I was lucky to get a reservation on a short notice.

We stayed July 14 and 15, 2023 and booked a suite and my 3 children joined us on July 15 and had another suite.
Had the best communication with Sabrina when booking via telephone and she was so patient with me regarding how many rooms I would need for my family.
Wow, wow and wow!!!!
From the outside it looks like a basic small motel but once you open the door you walk into a fabulous modern suite. Everything updated top to bottom, comfortable and super clean. You can even say that you could eat off the floor that is how clean it was.
We were worried about hearing the other guests between the walls however nothing. This building is very well insulated and you don't hear any noise not even road noise.
Faith who welcomed us to the motel was the most energetic, organized young lady. Super sweet and very accommodating with all our questions and requests. If you need anything like hair blower, dishes, extra coffee, shampoo, etc., she will get it for you. All the information is in the book in the room with times the office is open to request additional items and she will deliver or take a quick walk to office and pick it up. If your missing something just ask them and I'm sure they have it.
I was super impressed when I seen outside by the picnic table a supply of doggy poo bags for guests who bring their dogs with them and forgot to pack them. I have no dog but I certainly appreciated the extra very thoughtful gesture.
They thought of everything to make your stay a fabulous one.
I will be highly recommending this motel to all my friends and family.
To all who are looking for a place to stay....this is it. Don't look any farther.

Literally the nicest motel I've ever stayed at. Rooms are freshly renovated and very well done. Extremely clean and comfortable.
Whisper quiet A/C and amazing mattress.
The staff was wondering, extremely friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend, 6 stars. Will definitely stay again.

This is my second stay at Fleur DE Lis, and it was just as good as the first time. Clean well decorated rooms, exceptional customer service, and very accommodating owners.
It's the little touches, like the bag of popcorn for a late night snack, coffee and tea with nice big mugs for the morning. I also can't for get the little mouse house. I've found it in both rooms I've stayed, so cute! Would highly recommend.

First I would like to Thank you for making our Family Easter trip the Best one yet. We visited family in the Greater Sudbury region for 5 days and your Motel was Perfect for all our needs. We stayed in Room 6 which was perfect as we didn't need a couch or cookware, so many home-cooked meals at family's houses. We just needed a place to sleep and clean up and it was great. Very clean, quiet and friendly (nice to meet Boo the dog). Thank you again and Great Job with this Gem. We will be back.

Wow, what an amazing surprise. The rooms are incredible, nicely designed, decorated, and welcoming.
Business traveller's this is a great find, close to restaurants, nice set up with a couch, a desk, and a small kitchenette.

The owners are very kind and welcoming.

Will definitely stay again next time we are in town.
