Amazing view. Very good for walking with nice scenery. You need to climb that rocky hill to get the spontaneous view of the city.

I have done this trail twice so far and plan to do it more! Only a small portion is on the boardwalk, the rest surrounded the lake and is on a gravel/rocky surface that can be challenging long term. Wear solid shoes with good ankle support.
You come over the rocks to the stairs and it gives you a nice view of the lake and the remainder of the trail.
It’s a nice hike with good elevation to challenge your heart rate. Does a just under 5km loop (though you end up walking back on the street side of things).
Sadly some areas have garbage that have floated into the water from local homes, but it’s par for the course.

Otherwise I really really enjoy this hike/walk and I’ll continue to frequent here when I’m in town!

Absolutely stunning! Who knew Manitoba was this beautiful.. dont need to fly somewhere to be shocked by the beauty that surrounds us right in our backyards.

is great looking. The great big house that has all the stairs.lt amazing all these beautiful homes on top of the rocks 🪨
