We recently visited Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park NE for a birthday party and overall had a great experience! The kids had a blast, there’s plenty to do between the trampolines, dodgeball, foam pit, and climbing walls. It’s definitely a fun and exciting space for kids to burn off energy.

That said, it was very hot inside. There doesn’t seem to be any air conditioning, and it got uncomfortable at times, especially for the adults just watching. A bit more ventilation or climate control would make a big difference, especially in the summer months.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly, professional, and well-organized. Everything ran smoothly, and the party area was clean and ready on time. The park has lots of variety, making it a great choice for birthday parties or weekend fun. Just be prepared for the heat!

A great place to spend a vacation with children and friends. The children are simply delighted. There are a lot of interesting entertainment. There are even massage chairs for adults!

It’s a great place—kids have an amazing time (and so do the adults 😂). There’s plenty of staff on hand to supervise and keep the jumping area safe. However, I feel the rules they display on their screens aren’t fully enforced to prevent accidents. Teenagers often run across the trampolines where small children are jumping, and the supervisors don’t intervene.

There’s a need for a designated jumping area for younger children (e.g., under 6 years old), as there are some games but no trampolines suitable for them.

This is a loud and busy place You'll probably want to scream - -but your kiddo will have a blast! wouldn't recommen organizing a birthday party here, though - the table area is too small, way too loud, and the garbage cans nearby are pretty smelly.

⭐ If I could give 0 stars, I would. Flying Squirrel Calgary North is TRASH.

This place should be shut down. The staff are complete garbage — rude, lazy, clueless, and totally unprofessional. Honestly, it feels like they were hired just to stand around and make sure nobody has fun. We paid money to enjoy trampolines, but apparently you can’t jump, can’t run, can’t lay down, can’t sit — basically can’t do a damn thing. So why even bother coming? It’s literally like paying to be a prisoner while you watch others have fun.

And the so-called “rules”? Total nonsense. They let kids flood into the adult trampolines, even though kids already have their own area. That’s not just wrong, it’s downright dangerous and unethical. Adults can’t move an inch without tripping over kids, and the staff don’t care at all. Safety means nothing here — money is the only thing they care about.

This place is a scam, a hazard, and a total waste of time. Flying Squirrel Calgary North is the definition of rip-off entertainment. Don’t waste your money, don’t waste your energy — go literally anywhere else.

I called two people and they confirmed that I could leave my children at summer camps. As soon as the manager saw me and knew my children had autism, she immediately said I couldn't leave my children. I'm facing a lot of bullying because I have kids with special needs, especially from the managers at the place we visit often. I take my kids there because they enjoy it, but the staff's behavior always spoils our day. Nobody seems to know their job properly, and everyone gives different information. They even make up rules. At first, we didn't have problems because they didn't know about my kids' autism, but now that they do, they create issues for us every time we go. It's really frustrating.

What happened today, I won't let it go like this! You'll learn how to do your job better from me!!!

I didn't realize you were involved in scams! SHAME ON YOU!!!

You will certainly have an amazing time at the Flying Squirrel. It’s not only for the children, adults you will have a great workout running after them 😆. Great place for children's parties and if you are a competitive family, this is the place for you. I suggest taking your reusable water bottles to avoid paying for bottled water. Overall a fun experience will certainly return

P.S. On Fridays & Saturdays after 8 pm, they turn off all the lights, the music gets louder and the Neon lights come on to set the place aglow!
