Had a blast with this location. Staff were very helpful at the desk when I made an error with the locker. We also had a great time bouncing. The place was busy bit still lots of room to run and jump. Floor staff are attentive to the kids and good at watching/reminding them to jump safe.
Sign in is super easy. Washrooms were slightly messy but considering the amount of people it wasn't unexpected or unreasonable.
Trampolines here feel clean and for someone who doesn't go jumping often I had a great time with my family. We loved the duck machine and racing cars game. Space is bright and fun!

Nice place for birthdays and goofing around. My nephew turned 2 and his party was held here. The host was awesome. He served us pizza and cake. Kids loved jumping here.

Edit in response to management reply to my original review: I totally understand that March break can be busier...that's not the point. The point is that I got there in plenty of time for my booked time slot, and you folks refused to adjust my booking slot or offer a partial refund. How is it fair that your low staffing during a busy time causes your customers to lose our on their prepaid time?

I don't suggest buying your tickets and signing your waiver prior to your visit. Better to just show up and do it all there. My daughter loves it here, but be warned that if you lose time through no fault of your own they don't issue a partial refund. We had pre-booked tickets for 2pm, 90 minutes to finish at 3:30pm. We got there 1:55pm and there was a lineup all the way outside to the sidewalk that everyone had to wait at...When we eventually made it inside an employee moved us to the pre paid line which in theory should have been faster. By the time we got to the register it was 230pm, and we have been waiting 35mins. We still had to leave at 330pm and asked if we could get a partial refund due to the lost time and was told no they don't do that. What was more frustrating was we were sent to a lineup for those who had prepaid tickets and there was one person working that line... The folks who had no pre-purchased tickets got in a line that had 2 people working, and it moved way faster. So the folks who showed up unprepared moved faster than us. Therefore, I do not suggest prebuying your tickets, unless you have lots of time to stay later and you are worried about not getting in at all. Otherwise you could be throwing your money away.

We had the pleasure of going here on Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. Our toddler and 8yo son loved it and had super fun. I love how they announce whose time is up to go out and i think it helps the place be less packed. Our only comment would be about toddler area being left out without having more things to do. (Toddlers are allowed to access other areas, but still I wish their space has more things to do) Hopefully they ll look into it.

We went as a walk in - make sure to fill out the waivers using computer at the front (left side of the entrance) then head over to the cashiers & pay. Everything was smooth.

I love that it has a water fountain to refill water bottles or drink. (It saves a bit of $ for parents)

Staffs were friendly and very attentive. Clean and big space to jump around. A truly fun place! 🏆 Our son gave 'em 10/10. 😎

Went here with the kiddos and they loved it. There's lots for them to do and just have a blast jumping around. There's climbing structures too and the open space is great. There are a lot of couches and seats for parents. A pretty well thought out venue.

My daughter enjoys herself whenever she goes, however it is extremely dirty inside and it is getting worse every time. It looks like they haven't vacuumed the place with dirt, crumbs, hair and all sorts of stuff all over the floor. When we first started coming here about a year ago, it was way cleaner. Now it even has a stinky smell to it inside. Quite disappointing as it's not difficult to have someone vacuum the floors and clean up where kids are jumping...

Although we visit flying squirrel a lot . I don’t know if I will return with my son . We visited today and it was the first time my son finally reached and was able to be in the big inflatable park , my son was already in there for almost 20 minutes , he exits to get a drink and goes to go back in and the employee now tells him he is not allowed in as he’s too short . Now I have an upset 4 year old as he was having a blast , I had advised the employee that he was just in there , he goes to tell me he can go in the smaller one (with no obstacles) 🙄

I went to talk to someone at the front desk and was told to do a review as she told me “this happens all the time “

As a parent I’m really frustrated, everyone at flying squirrel should be on the same page and communicate. After this we had left because my son was upset and no longer wanted to be there.

Do better flying squirrel .

For a place that advertises on the website, saftey is the first priority. It very much is not. Saturday we took our family to the flying squirrel to celebrate our 6 yr old daughters birthday, she left with a broken tibia and is now in a full leg cast for 8 weeks. This being due to a 10 yr old boy jumping into her. I understand we signed a waiver, it was our first and last visit. My concern is the amount of kids and people they allow to jump at a time, they should have a separate area for older, more reckless kids to jump away from younger kids. There is no saftey in regards to kids flying EVERYWHERE with no regard for younger kids. When my daughter got hit I scooped her up screaming, ran to side, a staff member did come up and offer ice. She got the bag of ice came back handed it to me and walked away. Being a Saturday I understand it's busier but they need to have a cap on the amount of jumpers in a safe capacity before advertising saftey is the first priority.
Oshawa emerge nurses and Dr. said they have so many kids and even adults coming in weekly with injuries from flying squirrel whitby.
