Never on time.
Drivers cancel or postpone routes for convenience to them.
Scheduled drop off for school at 1015 didn't even get picked up until after 1020 because they postponed the trip as it was 25mins away. Im assuming they bumped it because it was eta 9:49am until 9:43 when my son went to wait for it.

Then same afternoon they canceled my bus and said it was me, I canceled a different bus. They then couldn't come to me until an unknown time which is the fault of them again.

Multiple issues. Multiple trips. Multiple times.

Never on time, even when booking a head will add like 15 stops before you and take you on a tour of the region to pick up and drop off 5 people before even dropping you off sometimes even just passing your drop off when it would just make sense to let you out. Miss the busses at least they were reliable and you can schedule things by the hour and not be late for appointments or work. Make sure you allocate 1.5 hours minimum to arrive to your location.

Never fails to be an hour late at the least, the last time I took this terrible service I was waiting for almost 3 hours for a ride just to have the two of the drivers leave without me and saying they were not going to my destination. If you have an appointment to make or just don't want to be left waiting around for hours do not use this terrible service call Uber or Speedy Cab. this service is a joke!

This system sucks, they are never on time. Have to book one hour prior to actual time but still never on time . The other day I wait for 1.5 hour when he finally arrived we went to pick 4 other people from 4 different location, not all of them but 2,3 of them are very rude too, I almost cry that because of his behaviour when I ask questions about why he dropping me last when I got first he didn’t even bother to answer, that rudeness make me very uncomfortable, hope never ever have to use this 😡

It took a very long time for the vehicle to arrive. (I waited 35 minutes outside in the rain). Once I was picked up, we had to pick up riders from two different locations and drop each of them off at their destination, before being taken to mine, 40 minutes later. All in all, from the time I called, to the time I arrived at my destination (from Ridgeway to GFESS in Fort Erie), it took one hour and 15 minutes. This is however, the time frame to be expected, based on what is posted on their website, it's just sad that we don't have other options. We really need buses in the area.

I'd give Fort Erie on Demand a 0 if I could. As I'm writing this review, I am standing in the cold for over 10 mins. And when I called they just told me it's coming in 10 mins. This is a very usual occurrence. It's frustrating because the weather can be very dangerous, so they should at least stay true to the time they tell people. I've been an hour late for work because of this too. And just this morning we were picked up again over 20 mins pass the scheduled time that THEY say/show on the app.
I would not recommend working or living in Fort Erie unless you drive.

Thank you for your reply. When I started using the on-demand service back in November 2022, I've read and reviewed how to use this service before booking my first ride. Back then, I clearly remember the wait time being 20 mins with an average ride time of 40-45 mins. I remember thinking that the whole thing works out to around an hour, and I always consider that whenever I book the ride. I did not know when it changed to 30 mins. My review is based on my experiences with the service and the information I thought was still true. Having said that, I still think that it is better for people who are thinking of working or moving to this town to have their own transportation. I personally thought of moving here, but thought otherwise.

Update:
Another awful awful experience with FE on-demand. I booked a drop off the way I always do, putting in the same time as do when I book a drop off. Right now I am stuck in FE and need to wait another hour because I was dropped off late. I called and talked to Sharon. As always, it's the passengers fault, it's us who did something wrong. The driver even told me to get a cab from Fort Erie to St. Catharines. I just missed a very important and urgent appointment. On our way to my stop, I told the driver that I need to catch the bus because I was already worried because I was picked up later than it says again on the app and we had to pick up another passenger. The driver told me that "we're on our way".
I am not sure about other passengers, but I, personally wouldn't want anyone to suffer. If you have other options, DO NOT MOVE/WORK IN FORT ERIE AND RELY ON THIS SERVICE.

The App, and the system is not user-friendly, but I did download the app and, this morning, I even managed to set a pick-up time for 1.30 pm. The App confirmed a pick-up at 1.38 pm (Stop 320), then an update, pick-up at 1.42 pm, then another update, pick-up at 1.58 pm. I am fine with that, then it was back at 1.30 pm. I hurried over to stop 320 and am waiting at 1.25 pm for my pick-up,(picture of a van on the App). At 1.35 pm, no ride in sight. Then the App shows me: "sorry, error, timed out". Are you kidding me Customer service is about under-promising and over-delivering. This service makes empty promises and just cancels, no service. Who pays these people for such a lousy service? If the municipality wants to promote public transportation they need to keep this company to account.

They canceled my ride to work on me after over 30 minutes of them rescheduling pickups or adding stops to vehicles. Had to scramble for alternative transportation and was late to work. Other experiences w on demand were ok. As long as you're within Fort Erie and not Ridgeway, Crystal Beach etc you're fine.
